Mourning Glory Funeral Services

We had the honor of having Mourning Glory do our fathers funeral today. All I can say is thank you David and Greg . David put everything into perspective, made it so personal that we as a family had the knowledge on what was best for our dad. Greg you interpreted dads life beautifully and with a touch of humor . The staff are very professional and made us feel comfortable. They offered alot of different options. They also took care of legal issues for us. Everything was done in a very timely matter.

Mourning Glory helped us plan out our loved ones funeral in 2 days. It went exactly how we invisioned it for our loved one. Aime and Judy were fabulous. Aime (funeral director) had every detail covered perfectly. Judy (memorial cards and other logistics) did a wonderful job for my Dad. Thank you so much for a perfect day. You even had the weatherman on board.

They looked after both my mother and fathers funeral.For my mothers funeral they prepared a scrabble board with loving words on it . They asked the right questions to provide the best service.For my father and my mothers service they were very compassionate. I would definately recommend them.

Would not recommend this corporate, highly overpriced funeral home. Had the hospital call Mourning Glory after the sudden passing of our father as he had a friend who worked there and had requested him to look after his final arrangements. The following day after speaking to the funeral home and realizing the funeral director no longer worked there we decided to use Martens Funeral home in Warman, where we have had other services. We were quite shocked to find out the transfer fee cost was $600. We understand a transfer company is used for these services and this cost is outrageous. We switched to Martens Warman Funeral home and are so glad we did, we had the most caring and compassionate services from Mervin, putting family first over cost.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. We had errors in the beginning with wrong information on the death certificate, to the end with missing engravement on the urn. They were not compassionate at all only concerned about the money. When I reached out to them about the urn they turned the blame on us. I would not recommend them at all.

Travis and the team at Mourning Glory were amazing.Professional,knowledgable,compassionate and incredibly helpful.

Planning was excellent and arrangements were simple. No pressure and loads of assistance. Staff was very friendly and Father was understanding of the needs of the family and considerate of our special circumstance. Excellent experience during a tough time.

My mom had passed away suddenly without a will, or directions for her service. Travis was very understanding and compassionate, and made the process much less daunting. We were able to focus on grieving together as a family and not the stress of arrangements and paperwork.
