The staff are courteous and welcoming, I have been going to them for my dry cleaning needs for a while now. They have accommodated my rush requests and have delivered on time or early every single time. The clothes are well taken care of, cleaned and packaged well.I would highly recommend My Cleaners to the neighborhood and beyond.

My Dry Cleaners is amazing I had a wedding to go to Saturday morning and I was desperate to find a cleaners to steam my coat for the wedding and when I called I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Dave who was extremely helpful, amazing staff!!!

I am very fortunate to enjoy the finer things in life. I have ALL my high end Jackets, Suits, Sweaters and pants cleaned here. Staff are always polite and take care of my needs. Prices are really reasonable. I came to this place because of the reviews. I have seen a few negative reviews but can't understand why. If there is an issue, I suggest you talk to the owner Michael and I'm confident he will take care of it.

We dropped off a brand new dress with tags for a gentle small press job before a special event. Their claimed completed job ended up being worse than before, with burn marks on the dress!! They then claimed that they couldn’t do anything at this time and would offer a complementary cleaning after the event (which I’d never trust them with anything again anyways.)They then asked me to pay for an incomplete worse condition than left off with job, which I refused to pay… very rightfully so (on the plus side they did acknowledge their error and didn’t push me to pay for it, but still never apologized…)

Went to this place for an alterations and for dry cleaning. Asked if they were the dry cleaning from dundas branch or Rathburn but brazenly the old gal retorted aggressively with a “I said NO” answer and I was like no need to be rude and she continued to say so what do you need and we’re like never-mind we’re just gonna do business somewhere else with a nicer attitude! I guess she was already exhausted at work but still not a reason to give an attitude!

Awesome service! Bring my cleaning all the time. Had a suit jacket come back with some discolouration to buttons. When brought to owner's attention, he replaced all buttons and cleaned like new! He also showed me the solution he put in place to prevent the problemIn future! Terrific customer experience
