Lindsay is an expert masseuse. I was in a lot of pain from a back issue and she gave me the most relief I have found. She is gentle but firm and very sensitive to what you want. She will check in with you to ensure the pressure is right and you are OK. Strongly recommend her. She is also a very kind, sweet, lovely person!

What a warm & welcoming environment Lindsay has created in the heart of Erin, offering massage, naturopathy, pilates, yoga & social work counselling. I always feel at ease in her healing space - her massages are incredible & so grounded. Pilates classes are a fun way to connect with others in community. Lindsay is amazing at what she does, and Is just an awesome person all around. I started getting massages regularly with Lindsay about a year ago. I had three little ones at home and had been neglecting my own personal health and well-being for some time. I was in so much pain and it was making me miserable. Lindsay turned this all around for me. She takes a holistic approach and has knowledge in many realms beyond massage. I love that she makes an active effort to connect and promote other local businesses so that she can offer a wider breadth of services in her “boutique massage business” - like naturopathy and small Pilates classes, among others. Her positivity is infectious. If you pop by and the door is locked, it’s because she’s with a client - make sure to check her out on Instagram and you’ll get a good idea of her vibe (@massageco.est.2020). She is the coolest masseuse I have ever been too. This review is long overdue. I Recommend without hesitation 150%.
