I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and some Element Grip Tape. Paid for 3 day shipping, I got the shoes in 3 days but the Grip Tape had to be shipped from another location, I recieved that in 4 days. I had to exchange one pair of shoes at the Zumiez Store, I ordered wrong size. There were no issues with exchange and the customer support was on point. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, this place was a solid transaction online and in person. Too many salty people in the world, being spiteful. Don't let bad reviews stop you from using Zumiez, it's a great shop.

I find the staff her super helpful. Even if they don't have something they can place orders for you online and/or find a suitable replacement.I buy a lot of footwear and clothes here, always a great experience. Usually have some items on clearance as well.....can get a couple good bargains with your other purchases .

Very welcoming staff, very informative, very genuine people that take the time to know their customers, and build relationships with them.*Edit*We have gotten to know different staff members, and I have to say Zumiez is very lucky to have such amazing staff, and I can't begin to thank you enough for going above and beyond SEVERAL TIMES.I have reccomended Zumiez to others and they say the same thing. It is a very positive shopping experience, whether you are making a big purchase, small purchase, or window shopping for a future purchase, you are always treated like their most valued customer.

Called and asked if they had any of the ODD FUTURE x King Ice pendants and didn't ask for them to hold it but there was one left so the girl I talked to held it for me anyway. 10/10 customer service highly recommend this store
