My mom & I were helped by Melody in early April. She was super friendly, knowledgeable about Birks products and was able to help us with everything we needed. We actually returned a few weeks later during the 15% off sale, in which again Melody exceeded our expectations as our sales associate and helping us each purchase the earrings we had our eyes on. She also helped me with an updated wedding ring inspection, locating past receipts and sending a necklace off to be repaired. With everything, she was professional & kind. We have both shopped with Birks on numerous occasions before, and her service is something that we have yet to experience. We hope to be able to work with her again in the future!
