Got stuck in the snowstorm going from Ottawa to Toronto on the 12:00 bus. This driver deserves a medal for keeping his cool and getting a bus load of people home for the holidays safe. A 5 hour bus ride is now almost going on 12 hours. Thank you megabus for getting us home safetly! This driver deserves a bonus haha

Not bad but not great. Timing was good, so was the drive from Toronto to Montreal. The bus was oldish with lots of wear and tear, needed maintenance. The Montréal Megabus lounge was bright and comfortable.

As good as any other bus on this route. There was no charging port for the front rows, dont know about the back. No wifi either. Coach Canada bus was running late by an hour whereas Megabus that left Montreal at the same time and followed the same route (because our bus was following it) reached on time. Driver was friendly and accommodating.

Megabus use to be much better honestly. Their prices are ridiculously high now and the bus seems pretty sticky and not very clear half the time. I know it's not their fault because the passengers are the ones creating the mess but it's still can be uncomfortable at times.

On the hottest day of the year the bus was turned off for over 1 hour. The stop was supposed to 30 minutes in kingston.The driver was 30.minutes late as we watched him light up 4 cigarettes . Doing nothing . The temperature in the bus was well over 30C. While we were sweating in the hot bus.. I will not use Mega bus again even if they paid me.

A good bus company for hour road trip.I used Megabus from Montreal to Toronto and it was okay. They have plugs and comfortable chairs. They stop on the way and you have a break and there is a Tim Hortons to get a a coffee or something to eat.Nevertheless, there is no wifi in the bus and it can be very inconvenient for a 7h trip.

Small Station with few restaurants around. Not busy. There is Tim Hortons in this area in case you need to drink or eat something in the break.

Very poorly managed place, the whole plaza looks like third world country, no staff is present on site(came there around 10:30am to send a colleague to Toronto by bus), the only option is to proceed is online and of course you need an active credit card ... so if for some reason you found yourself there with no internet or just a dead battery or no credit card- good luck to you! Very disappointing experience!

Consistently close to an hour late without any updates over email or in person. Wifi is advertised in both the station and bus but neither actually work. Outlets on bus don’t work either so you can’t charge your phone. Bus station bathrooms are nasty and most of the time out of toilet paper. Tracking system not accurate whatsoever as arrival and departure estimates don’t account for the arrival of drivers coming from the opposite direction.

My ride with them from Montreal to Toronto was on time. They make a stop in Kingston for a long enough time to buy a coffee from Tim Hortons. I found it clean and comfortable. There are outlets to charge your phones but the only down side was that there was no wifi on board. For a 7 hours drive it would be useful to have this additional service.
