Best-View Cabins

This was an excellent experience away from our busy lives in Toronto. We were there for 7 days and we would love to come back soon. The hosts were always interested on our day trips and the place was nice, spacious and clean. Might we add, the location is very central to the local attractions (like Annapolis Royal). Angelina was a most gracious host, rooms are clean, linens were very comfortable, kitchens well stocked, pool is a great size and very clean, and the views from our cabin were lovely! We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again! The only thing I would add is to have fire pits for each cabin, as there are only two communal fire pit areas. The cabins are close to everything, just a short drive to Digby and a lot of scenic and historical areas! Thanks again Angelina for your warm hospitality and our lovely stay!

We stayed here Aug 15-17, 2019 so that we could attend an event in the area. After some initial confusion when checking in, which was my fault, and nothing to do with the owner, we were set up in Cabin #4. It was spotlessly clean, even though it is currently being renovated, as are the majority of the cabins. There was more than enough room for 3 adults, 1 child, and our family dog to enjoy the cabin. The cabin came equipped with a BBQ, as well as dishes, pots, linens, so that all you needed to bring along was food. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great size and also very clean. You can tell that the new owners are taking pride in maintaining the property and making upgrades. Angelica was very welcoming, and made our stay all the more enjoyable by how accommodating she was. The only suggestions I could make, which might be on their renovation list, is that while it was cool in the cabin, had it been hotter it might have been quite stuffy inside, so I would suggest perhaps having a tower fan available, or installing a ceiling fan. Also having some BBQ tools provided, such as a metal spatula and cleaning tool would be fantastic as well, but again, they are in the process of upgrading anything so that might be on the list of to dos as well. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

I think the view says it all; my friend and I stayed at a cabin here and that was just fantastic. The cabin does need fixing up, but it didn't take away from the experience at all. The cabin had a bbq so we enjoyed using that, and the place was not-too-big-not-too-small. Hosts were stellar. Will certainly return to Digby in the near future.

Excellent hosts and a fun, clean cabin experience. Just like when you went to your uncle's beach cottage growing up!The fire pit and the pool were an added bonus.

My family needed a place to crash before our return to Halifax. The cabin was super clean and cozy. We enjoyed a nice meal and shower before we ended our evening. We will be back and hope to make use of the additional perks such as the grill and fire pit in our next visit.

Stayed here for three nights, this was our second time. We love it because it is close to everything we need. Close to Digby and upper clements park. Cabin was clean and had every thing we needed. Views are amazing, a wonderful beach just across the road. The pool has always been in great condition. Bruno and Brigitte are great hosts whom welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Kids were always kept busy with swimming and campfires. They couldn't ask for more. A peaceful escape with my family from our busy lives.

From booking to check in our hosts Lisa and Evan were amazing!! The spot is gorgeous, comfortable and peaceful. Had everything we needed and they ensured we had firewood ready since we were checking in really late. We made friends with our neighbors and would definitely come back

I stayed here last September (2021) while visiting my parents in the area for the first time. Was very happy with the location - walking distance to my folks, and equal distance between Digby and Annapolis Royal. Cabin was clean and inviting with a view of the bay. The new owners were really fantastic, answering any questions about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The internet was reliable for the online work and conference calls I needed to make during my stay.

I loved these cabins! It was perfect for our needs, a jaw dropping view and sunsets and rises that allows one to just relax and enjoy life. The pool is clean and well maintained it was a great way to pass a few hours with family. A small fire pit is included to the side of each cabin and was a cute photo chance. Everything needed was there including cleaning supplies for an extended stay. The owners and workers stayed in contact to ensure everything was going well and I only have nice things to pass along.
