Been to a lot of shops over the years and Schumers is full stop awesome. Ms Peggy was so great with my girls and got everything taken care of. It's old school in there. Solid selection and great great service.

What awesome customer service! Our teenage son (relatively new to skiing) learned everything about ski boots, adjusting them, poles, skis and bindings all in one visit. Thank you for your time and patience Schummers!!!

This is always my first stop! They consistently provide great advice, service, and equipment and a very fair deal. Mike is without question, one of the best boot fitters around and will take the time to ensure you have a great fit!

Wonderful experience! Saved hundreds of dollars coming here and just gaining more information about my ski boots. Walked in thinking I would have to replace my boots (that we just purchased), but ended up only needing some orthotics and some tips about storing my equipment and making my boots more comfortable. Amazing experience here. I recently brought in some old skis I had that one of the bindings completely ripped from. They thought they could fix the ski but after a couple of days they called me letting me know that the ski the binding ripped from was not actually going to be able to be fixed. After I let them know they could pitch the skis and save the bindings, and that I really don't use them very often except once or twice a year with family, they said they had an old rental set in stock that would actually fit me better that I could have. So for an extremely low price of just putting my bindings on, they put them on the new (old) skis. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Nice people, amazing customer service, and they do a great job.

A neighborhood icon, timeless and nostalgic, it's always great going back. 50 years ago, it was a toss-up between Schummer's and Bavarian Village. One survived - for good reason. Knowledgeable and helpful, reasonable and convenient. Won't go elsewhere. Thank you, SSS.

To make a long story short, there are much better ski shops. Next time I will go elsewhere.
