Booked limousine service for my brother wedding . As hard as i am to impress , this one really hit the mark ! OUTSTANDING quality of services ! Punctuality , hygiene , music , professionalism everything was taken a notch up ! Sean was the man here who made sure i was delivered what was promised ! im definitely coming back to this company for my own wedding !

Highly recommend these folks. We just used them and their beautiful 1968 Bentley, and we were thoroughly impressed. The car was amazing, but the driver was spectacular and very accommodating. I was truly 100% satisfied and I would gladly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great limousine company for their special day.

I would highly recommend that you never use this company. They will ruin your wedding day.We booked a 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator for our wedding which never showed up to take the bride to the church. The bride, her elderly parents and bridesmaids had to find another way to the church. As a result they were late for the ceremony.The company arranged for another vehicle which arrived 2.5 hours later. Our package included a 5.5 hours, red carpet and champagne. We only received 2.5 hours with no red carpet or champagne and we never received our deposit back. Plus we had to pay the new limo company up front before they would take us to our reception.They were rude and not sympathetic when we tried to get our money back. And difficult to get a hold of. They offered no compensation. We relied on them to be our transportation for our wedding day and they definitely did not fulfil their obligation/contract.Don’t let this happen to you on your special day.

THUMBS UP to their PROFESSIONALISM !Highly recommended

These guys were absolutely incredible. I rented their services for my Wedding and I was not disappointed. The Drivers were extremely courteous and friendly. The experience was so pleasant that I use their services for a night out every time I plan one. Kudos guys ! Keep up the great work.

My brother had his wedding this past summer in August 2015 and honestly my brother and sister-in-law were driven in style! The service was excellent! The limos were on time for picking us up along with the drop off. They had complimentary champagne and red carpet service, treating us with the best! The limo was sparkling inside and out! Very clean! The drivers were so hospitable and always had a welcoming smile, and might I say very professionally dressed! I know for sure the next time my family and friends need another limo service we won't be looking anywhere else!

The customer service we received from this company was absolutely horrendous! We had an incident with the limo driver on the morning of our wedding and we relayed this information to Sean right after the weekend. We did not hear back for another 4 weeks (we followed-up with them every week). We spoke to Anna, the investigations manager, who showed zero empathy, yelled at my wife on the phone, spoke condescendingly to both of us and provided us with false information. She stated that she conducted an “investigation” and looked at the limo camera, however, all the information she told us was a lie (we have cell phone bills and time stamped pictures as proof, which they ignored). She then proceeded to hang up on us in the middle of our conversation because it was “the end of her workday.” After calling Sean the week after, we were told we would be contacted by the manager of the company, however, this was several weeks ago and we still have not heard back.No one at the company showed any empathy for what occurred or even offered an apology. Instead, we were yelled at, hung up on, and lied to. How a company deals with an incident speaks volumes about their values and character, and the experience we had just proves that they do not care about customer satisfaction and only care about making money, regardless of how they treat people.Do NOT waste your time considering this company. There are more professional limo companies out there that actually care about their customers._________________________In response to your comment below, we did not describe the incident as this is a public forum and the main issue was how you RESPONDED to the incident we had. We booked with Wedding Toronto Limo for our wedding on May 22, 2022. The driver arrived on time and took us to our first look photo location without a hitch. The vehicle was clean and supplied with water bottles and 1 bottle of champagne. However, on the way to the ceremony, the driver took the long way. It should have only taken 20 minutes to get to the ceremony when we looked on Google Maps, however, our driver avoided the highway (even though the collision was cleared) and took 35 minutes total. This pushed back our timeline; resulting in some guests seeing the bride in her dress prior to the ceremony, shortened the time that the bridal party had to freshen up, and delayed our ceremony start time.

I booked 2 limos with lavish limo for my wedding. Its a big day in anyone's life so i was worried as i had bad exeperience in past but with lavish limo not one of my family members complained. They were really professional and polite. The drivers were also very well dressed. Loved the service and cars. They threw free red carpet service and champagne. I would highly recommend everyone to book this company for their wedding
