My family has been having problems with our septic system not draining properly into the drain field for a couple of years now. I originally called Ron at R&L Services to pump out our septic tank and found out that he also services the whole septic system. Since he did such a great job pumping out our tank, I decided to have him also check out our drain field. He found that the field pipes were not only installed incorrectly but a couple of the lines were not working. So, we had Ron install new field pipes and hook it back up to our original septic tank. After a couple of days of hard work our septic system is finally working properly after years of frustrations and wasted chemicals that we thought would fix our problem. Ron was always prompt, courteous , hardworking and his pricing is the best in the area.Thanks Ron for fixing an old problem of ours.John and Elizabeth

This company stands behind their 24/7 policy. On a late Sunday afternoon in a true emergency situation where a country household with an 82-year-old woman living on her own all of a sudden had no toilet or sinks or bathtub because the septic tank was completely full. That night the weather was supposed to dump 30 cm of snow overnight and no truck would be able to get into the location to empty the septic tank for days. One phone call to this company around dinner time and they were 40 minutes away. Said this cannot wait and they jumped in their trucks and came over within an hour. In the dark they chipped away at the septic tank. Concrete cover for almost an hour to be able to get it unthawed and get the hose in. Sledgehammer blow torch and pickaxe. They finally were able to get it released and save the day. Has the grandson of this 82-year-old woman? I cannot thank you enough for helping her in the situation she found herself in, so the rest of the family did not have to worry during the snow storm and the coming days. You stand behind your customer service and your 24/7 policy and I applaud you for that. Thank you for helping her and thank you for helping usPS. The rates were only $25 higher than other companies that said they couldn't make it for a week even in an emergency situation. Cost and customer service are on point. Thank youWould highly recommend you to any friends and family that require your services.
