Email address doesn’t work, they don’t pick up the phone or return voice mails.

No matter how down bad u r for funds, do not ever use rocketfunds. They never ever respond to calls or emails, they only respond when it’s time for u to payout the whole loan cuz they have decided to take ur car. When u r trying to arrange a payment, they never respond. When it’s time to take ur car, they always respond. Full on scam. They have a “accounting department” but that accounting department only has one person when they say they are transferring u there’s only 1 person so it’s a lie. If I could rate them a zero I would’ve. Again, do not ever use rocketfunds no matter what the situation is and no matter how much u need the money. Ur better off no matter what it is rather than with them.

This company is a huge joke nothing but a bunch of theifs never keep there word on anything and won't answer the phone ever do not use

They are scam..Stay away from them...

Been paying this loan for 3 years! My loan was for 2500 and now they are saying I owe 3000 MORE! They do NOT call back or email back after MULTIPLE attempts! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
