I met Jeff when he was in Regina for a business boot camp at the University of Regina in 2017. Since then I have bought many shirts (working towards a dozen) from Jeff and each experience has been wonderful. His customer service is second to none and he's very responsive to my queries despite me being halfway across the country. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending buying from him whether you do so on line or locally.

Jeff measured me for a 3 piece suit and when it arrived it fit like a glove. His attitude of keeping his promises is rare and appreciated. (I was gifted the suit due to a tattoo promotion he had previously). The entire process from being measured to wearing my suit for the first time was top notch. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his team provide an amazing experience from start to finish. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectionists - you can truly feel they deeply care about your experience. Initially we went into the store to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding and, after being blown away by the experience and end product, decided to come back for our upcoming wedding. My husband, father-in-law, and two bother-in-laws all purchased suits from Jeff for the wedding. They had a blast picking their fabrics and getting fitted, and everyone looked amazing on the day. Hands down the best custom suit I have ever gotten. The attention to details and color selection is amazing. They are extremely helpful and accomodated my schedule in the process. My wedding suit was just perfect! Totally recommend.

Great service and suit. I had in my head it wasn't possible to get a suit made with natural fibres but I was which was really satisfying. It fit perfectly on picking it up, really worthwhile option for suits.

All I can say is wow! Working with Haseeb at JAC in Uptown Waterloo on my custom wedding suit was a dream. I had been searching for the suit of my dreams and I came across JAC and made an appointment for a consult. With 10 minutes, Haseeb had the exact fabrics at the ready. Next, we chose every detail from the stitching and buttons to the liner and inscription inside. Within a few weeks, I had my dream suit and Haseeb was brilliant and understanding when I asked for a few tweaks here and there to make it exactly right. On my wedding day, all anyone wanted to talk about (other than my bride of course) was my suit. I can't wait to go back in the future and get another suit! Can't recommend them anymore.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED - try it out now!!!! Firstly and most important: Let me state unequivocally that Haseeb Khan is an artist and master craftsman. Anyone fortunate enough to live in the vicinity of true custom clothier like Haseeb should take advantage of it tomorrow. the fact that Hasseb is also a super nice and easy going dude only enhances the experience, but I can guarantee from the first consultation to the final fitting you will feel the passion and skill that Haseeb brings to his craft. A rare find in any era in any localityI also want to be a clear that I am NOT a 'clothes guy' with little experience of higher end or custom clothing. Was always interested in looking good, butI work in software, wear hoodies and sweatpants day to day. I also fall into the, ahem 'big and tall' category of clothes buyers - there are little to no off the rack clothes that feel right. This means for anything approaching formal wear my previous experience has been a trip to the specialty fat dude store (Mr. Big and Tall and the like) where, in my experience, a somewhat ill fitting outfit is thrown together, w/ old man styling, questionable materials, and sales people a little too focused on the sale vs your specific needs. An often horrendous experience making the search for business or formal clothing rare and dreaded. I have also many times suffered through boiling in a heavy jacket in the summer, or being worried my shirt would explode when I sat down, and various other embarrassments that are standard for a big dude with a small wardrobe at a formal event.So I was definitely trepidatious when my wife forced me to book a consultation via the Jeff Alpaugh website in advance of an upcoming business trip requiring multiple business-casual outfits. From the moment I walked in Haseeb was on it, not a shred of judgement on my appearance, or lack of clothing knowledge, and within minutes I was breathing easier, flipping through fabrics, realizing that Haseeb was the man to take care of me. Having little experience with this kind of thing, my answer to questions like 'what colours are you looking for/what is your style/what do you like' was various versions of 'I don't know' but Haseeb didn't slow down and was able to immediately guide me in the right direction - the right colours to start with for someone with nothing in the closet, as well as some brilliant fabrics and customizations to reduce the heat and accommodate a big man who needs to survive a business meeting in Arizona... As I was starting to breath and feel confident, even excited, the worst part came - when did I need this? My answer was '2 weeks' and I won't deny Haseeb's face went momentarily white, before he could finish the initial response of 'that's impossible', he was thinking, emailing suppliers, and a new set of books was on the table to outline options within this impossibly tight timeframe.In the end Haseeb came through big time. The fitting 2 weeks later was also revelatory - with my weird body shape I am used to everything being at least a bit ill-fitting. Seeing better than average fit become perfect custom fit (down to that fact that one of my shoulders hangs lower than the other) was amazing. This was a huge success, I walked out 2 slacks, 3 shirts, and a Jacket - enough to make it through any business trip, but most importantly with a sense of personal confidence I have NEVER felt before when it comes to clothing. No joke - this was a life changer and I am lifelong customer.Last thing I will say is the cost is 100% reasonable considering the quality and custom fit. I will never again sit through a sweaty Mr. Big and Tall experience knowing that for less of a $ jump than you would think, I can look and feel this way. Recommended all the way!!

This is the real deal. I've been on Jeff's Danger Train for almost half a decade. His custom-made shirts are brilliant and I just cannot say enough good things about what he, Emilee, and their team offer. Tailor-made shirts are great, but affordable custom-made shirts are just that much better. Jeff's service and attention to detail, before, during, and after the sale is top notch and more-so, he will treat you like you're his most important client. For me it used to be hit and miss to find what I wanted with shirts. There's none of that any more and scouring the racks to get the shirt I really want is a thing of the past! Better than having some 'go to' shirts, Jeff is my go to guy in this department.I'm rocking almost 20 shirts from the Deadly, Dangerous, and Cuban Collections and am waiting for to receive another order. Every time I go out, someone asks about my shirts. One colleague told me that Your shirts make me happy!" That makes me happy."
