Dr Ben is very detailed and has a delicate touch. My daughter and I have been going to West Richmond Denral since 2004. I recommended a friend and she was very satisfied too. I also enjoy the good chats with Amanda. The office assistants are very knowleadgeable of her work and give a good patient service.

Can't say enough good things about this dental office. From the reception staff, to the hygienists and dentists, you feel the care and professionalism. Such a warm and caring place and they make you feel like family! The office is also clean and well taken care of. Been going here for years and will definitely continue for years to come. My complete dental care is in great hands at West Richmond Dental Center. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, caring staff that are very attentive and professional. Our family has been going to WRDC for over 15 years, Dr.'s Ben and Kara and their whole team make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Claudia for taking such good care of me, I've gone from nerves, and white knuckles in the dentist chair to regular check-ups and great oral health because of this team!

I am coming to this dental center for over 10 years for myself and my two children .Dr. Ben and his team are amazing .My 3 years old sits confidently with Dr. Melissa and stays calm as she is patiently tall to her all the ime.You can peacefully rely on their knowledge .

Guys, I have spent years looking for a good and reliable place for my dental care. On & off at some clinics, sometimes years ... and then they close or sell it to other that I didn't feel comfortable.I live at 1 hr driving to this clinic and at first, thought to be too much but my family was saying only good things about it, so I tried. WOW!Dental service, personal and professional approach, including cleaning, just perfect to me.No question, no strings attached ... awesome.Too bad is far, but I will drive anyways. It is worth.

I have been coming here for 20 years. Dr. Ben and the rest of the dental team are all very accommodating and the dental work has been nothing short of excellent. Front desk receptionists are all very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great dental office ran by locals.

If you are looking for a new Dental office you have come to the right place! Always 5 star service from West Richmond Dental! Superior attention to detail on all levels. Dr Ben is amazing! He took me from deep bone infection to two bone grafts to implant. The look and feel of it now is like it never happened. So grateful for the outstanding expertise knowledge of all the staff! Best Hygiene ( Cleaning" ) EVER!!!"

I wouldn't take my family anywhere else. I took my 1 year old for her first checkup during 2020 at PDG, and by far was the worst experience as a new mom ever. Decided to take my daughter for her follow-up a month later to West Richmond Dental, and the experience was 180. The staff are very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. My daughter now loves coming to the dentist.

Best dentist experience!I’ve been to West Richmond Dental many times and each time you get the same amazing experience. The receptionists always do their best to accommodate my schedule and if there’s nothing that works they remember to call me when another patient can’t make it to an appointment that suits my schedule. The hygienist always provides the best cleaning that I have ever experienced and the dentists give the best and most honest advice and treatment. I couldn’t recommend them more!

*We have just moved to Richmond and were seeking a dentist.It was a wonderful experience to walk into this state-of-the-art clinic.I was warmly greeted and the Covid19 protocol was strictly adhered to throughout the office.I have never had such a thorough cleaning of my teeth. Such gentle and yet so beyond the usual! I could just feel that the cleaning was a quality beyond!I found the staff to be the utmost professional and caring. I thought my last dental center was good, and it was, but this is in a realm above that.I look forward to my next appointment!
