Mario's Tile & Interiors

We were renovating our 2 bedroom condo in June .So we went to Mario’s tiles to checkout some tile options for bathroom floors and kitchen,and asked Leah to give us a quote for the material cost and installation. She sent an estimator few days later. And after that we never got a quote. I waited 3 weeks and called her, she said they have to review and get back to me. They never did, after calling 4-5 times I walked into the store. Leah said they were busy working on some mansions, and as usual said they will get back to me on the estimate.That’s when I understood they were not interested in our small condo project but I still waited for them to get back to me. After almost 2 months I went in for the second time to ask Leah what was going on.She said the same thing. I waiting one more week and went to Sarana tiles.

Worst tile store to deal with, DO NOT USE THEM!They give you a price then magically want more money when you order, they give you delivery dates that they cannot meet just to make a sale. Terrible customer service, just terrible.

Very good place to shop for tiles. This is the second project that I completed and both times went to Mario's for tiles. Went to all the other" places on Nebo Road

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. My order was small but the service I received was second to none. I was shown a variety of great options and given an experienced professional opinion on what would work best and what things to consider that I might not have thought of. I will certainly return to Mario's when I need tile again.

Great customer service! You won't find any crazy bargains here (starts at around $4/sq ft, and only a few in this range) but they have some really gorgeous options at a variety of price points. I bought tiles for my basement and main bathroom. Love the bathroom in particular.

Went in this week. The only good thing I can say about this place is the receptionist was friendly and tried to be helpful. Everybody else to busy cheek kissing each other and sucking back cigars outside to help us out. Felt very unwelcome. Will never ever go back.

The tile selection is amazing the best i have seen in the area-unfortunately the service or knowledge of calculating tile quantities is not- we received the incorrect amount of tiles by a big number-our contractor called as they were installing the back splash- so we contacted them they re-figured the quantity and we had to drive to Toronto to pick it up ourselves or wait 1 week for them to get the order as they were laying the tiles we had to to the order pickup- we then took back the extra tiles from the original order that were to many spent an 1 hour while they figured all the math got our refund were told that everything was OK- only to get a call one month later telling us if we did not come in and pay the balance we were going to be taken to the collections- we thought we were done apparently they miss calculated and we still owed them a balance. It was an experience. I will say for back splashes in the area they have the best selection.

Purchased a home from the builder who uses Mario's Tile company to tile our home, they did not follow the Interior Color Selection they gave me a standard selection instead of an upgraded selection which I had paid for. Now, nothing have been taken care of up on till this day, still waiting for compensation, no one has contacted me yet after a year.
