I just had a small job, replacing the intake valve in the toilet flushing mechanism. When I called John, he said they were just finishing lunch and could be there in 20 minutes! John and Jack were very nice, and I will call them back whenever I have a plumbing job. I am so pleased.

Islander plumbing and heating just replaced the Poly B plumbing in my duplex.John and his guys were efficient, pleasant and tidy. I felt the cost was fair. They honoured their estimate and there were no extra hidden costs. Also, my dog liked them all.Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with John and Islander Plumbing. I had a tub with surround walls installed. John went out of his way to provide a service beyond just coming in and installing a tub. He assisted me with advice on other matters and did extra little jobs around the house we added last minute. I highly recommend his services. I have never hired a plumber before, so I have no frame of reference on his rates, but I'd say that even if he was more costly than other plumbers that he is 100% worth it.

Came home from a trip to find hot water tank leaking. Texted Islander at 6:15am and had heard back within the hour. They had assessed and replaced our tank within hours. Excellent service and will definitely be my go-to next time I have a plumbing issue.

John quickly responded to a hot water emergency . The tank was located in a crawl space and not the nicest place to work. John replaced the one tank and addressed some additional problems with a second tank. I highly recommend Islander Plumbing and Heating if you want great , knowledgeable service.

Left a message Friday morning, phoned again Monday morning and by noon that day John had sent a repairman to my house. The problem was quickly diagnosed by an astute, capable young man and remedied (low water pressure). He also efficiently repaired a handle on an outside faucet.Great service, I have his card on file and will definitely use this company again.
