Megabus - St Catharines, ON

First time booking with them (from BrockU) and the bus never came. Expected time just kept moving further and further away. No communication, explanation or notice and was left stranded. Not sure why you make an account and give your information if they aren’t communicating on your bookings…very unreliable.

Absolutely fantastic...The bus i take comes from New york city to Toronto and stops in St Catharines and you cannot blame them it is a little late sometimes.If anything blame the passengers on the bus because they dont have the documents needed to cross the border and people blame it on the company.I have taken mega bus 30 to 50 times in my life and cannot even say one negative thing.Blaming the bus company because greyhound bus station has no wifi.Just ludicrus.Too many cry babies who get on the bus for next to nothing and cry all day.

Is it possible to give a negative or sub zero score ..... For the pass few weeks been taking trips to Toronto weekly and today I was just told we will be arriving almost an hour late .. I asked the coach driver for an explanation .... He only told me to ask the company in a rude manner and walked away
