The UPS Store

With the hours being Mon-Fri open until 5PM I was unable to pickup my package as I work during the open hours. I called and spoke with an employee requesting my package be held until Saturday as I do not work and would be able to pickup my package then. The employee informed me he would put a note down to keep it until then. When I arrived on Saturday at the location I was informed that the owner of the location DID NOT read the note and had sent the package back on Friday. Absolute waste of time and now I won’t have the gift for Christmas.

Maxime was very very helpful as I’m moving back to the United States had 6 large boxes n Max was very attentive to I greatly appreciate his customer service skills n knowledge thank you so much ☺️ for everything. Really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Merci Max

I’ve been very disappointed by UPS recently - have sent 2 packages in the last month to the US and both had problems (they were sent from another UPS location, in Dorval). The last package appears to be lost since there was no update from the moment it was picked up from the store. As the scheduled delivery time was approaching, I contacted multiple times customer service and they weren’t very helpful. I mistakenly called this UPS location, and although it technically wasn’t their problem, Maxime was super helpful and went out of his way to contact the other location, even though they didn’t want to help him. Turns out I had to call them myself, and they still failed to reply to me in acceptable delays. I want to say how appreciative I am of Maxime’s quick and prompt help.

My package was sent to this UPS store for pick up. Since I am out of town, I have been communicating with the store and they have been very accommodating for me. They have been kind enough to extend the hold on my package, as well as to guide me on what would be required to have my friend pick up the package on my behalf. They're communication by email is very prompt. I've been very happy with their service! Thank you so much!

Even if I use both French and English language to explain to the dude working there what I need from his service, he did it as he please. I definitely don’t recommend this place: waste of time and money.

The UPS team at the Saint Denis location is great. Their service is very dependable, and with a UPS tracking number my packages have always arrived on time. Given that I travel a lot, I know that I can always count on their trustworthy care and forwarding services. Beyond their knowledge and skill (in packaging/shipping, printing, and mail box services), they are incredibly friendly people. Whenever I interact with Pascale and her colleagues (in person or by email), my day is certainly brightened. Even during busy times, they will always make you feel like a valuable customer, and promptly tend to your needs. I highly recommend that you drop in, for one of their many outstanding services.

I have no complaints with this UPS Store. Maxime is extremely helpful. Had to open up a mailbox, I was able to do it over the phone and thru email by sending 2 IDs. He was very prompt in answering the emails. Even sent me a pdf viewer! I now have my mailbox - real address! Not like Canada Post that won't forward government mail. UPS can. Thank you Maxime!

Highly recommend their custom packaging services! Excellent customer service from the entire team. I had a very tight deadline to ship large and fragile sculptures internationally and they answered all of my questions promptly and accommodated all of my specific needs. My packages arrived safely and on schedule. Thank you for all of your efforts!

I shipped several boxes of personal effects from Florida to Montreal. I shipped to them so that I could control exactly when we'd have delivery. We hired a local trucking company to collect from them and bring to us.Steve the Assistant Manager at the St. Denis UPS Store location was amazing to work with. Very helpful and great communication skills. I have no hesitation recommending him and the UPS Store.

I paid a hefty premium to send a package to France with UPS guaranteed delivery. The package arrived a day late. I filed a reimbursement claim with the well-meaning, local UPS folks Maxime and Steve, who said that the reimbursement request had been escalated, but it was out of their control. They suggested that I write to the regional manager Mme Cuevas, which I did in early December. After sending a reminder and never receiving any response, much less a reimbursement, it seems that my only recourse is posting a negative review on Google. Quelle déception UPS!
