Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe

We there the other day around 8pm not extremely busy there were a few tables and still half of the place is empty. Now, this place was recommended to us, that’s why we went here.We got there and we found a table which was filled with used tissues and cups. Naturally I asked if the guy behind the counter would mind help us clean the table. To my surprise, he told me he has no time to clean and pointed us to another table. We would if that other table can accommodate all of us. Anyways, the guy refused to clean and began acting like a child…throwing the trays and cutleries onto the counter, where he is at, loudly. We still ordered as the kids wanted to have some shaved ice. Chicken needs 40mins plus so we were dissuaded from ordering by the guy.The funny thing is the whole time we were there he refused to clean the table even after we kinda cleaned the table ourselves by pushing all the stuff towards one side of the long table. He, however, had the time to chat with another table of ladies multiple times.I feel sorry for whoever hired him worse still maybe he is the owner or related tot he owner and thinks cleaning is beneath him or something? I do feel sorry for the lady who worked there…she was inside the kitchen preparing stuff and washing the dishes and all while this guy was chatting up the ladies.Anyways, life is too short for bad service restaurants/eateries.

We ordered 2 boxes chicken, unfortunately we found out hair inside the chicken when we're eating.That's really disgusting. Wouldn't want to go to that store again.

Love Korean chicken in here so much. Recommend snowing cheese flavor to everyone. This is a suitable place for students and children family. Good price good food

The place is pretty neat and staff is nice. Matcha bingsu was typical.They only offer one size so unless you're sure that you can finish one on your own, try sharing one order with a friend!

By far the best shaved ice (bingsu)!!! Generous serving (as seen on picture) for the price they charge. Tastes amazing too!

Finally stopped by after walking by so many times. 20$ seems expensive for a bingsu but this was more than enough for 3 people. Will have to try the chicken next time

I want to share my terrible experience at the Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe today. My friend & I decided to try their mango cheese Bingsu, excited for the experience with my friend. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes, the waiter brought us a bowl of disappointment. To our dismay, the mangoes they served us were rotten. The rotten mangoes were discolored and placed at the bottom of the bowl, while the freshest part was placed on top and covered with syrup to conceal it. As soon as we took the first bite, we felt the urge to vomit due to the terrible taste of the rotten mango.I immediately approached the staff to inform them of the issue, but instead of receiving an apology, they explained that their imported mangoes couldn't possibly be rotten. The two staff members wore expressions as if it were bad luck to encounter a dissatisfied customer, yet they did not take responsibility for the mistake. When I told one of the staff members to try the mango herself, as it was truly rotten, she was left speechless.In short, I have tried mango desserts in various places, but this has been the most horrible experience by far. I strongly discourage anyone from trying the food at this establishment due to the poor food quality and unsatisfactory service from the staff.

Staff was so kind and keep smiling all the time. And shaved ice was tasty as well. However, staff should not leave children running and yelling in the store. I thought earthquake happened because of the children running and jumping. I believe the atmosphere of the place is as important as the quality of foods and drinks. So, please consider this to make everyone's experience at this place better.

The mango cheese subling is really delicious and refreshing. The fried chicken is crispy and served hot.It just does not sit with me well any fastfood who put a gun on a customer's head to hassle for a tip even before a service or food is delivered. A tip is given if a customer is satisfied with the product or service. Not sure if a fastfood joint can demand a tip really.. how about McDonalds start hassling for tips on their card machine..hmmm??

We ordered Mango Cheese and Matcha sulbing and both orders were pretty bland and tasteless. What makes Bingsoo specially good is their shaved ice is made out of milk. Sulbing's shaved ice is made out of watered down milk if not pure water. Sulbing's shaved ice did not have a hint of any flavour. Mango syrup tasted very artificial. Matcha was only a very thin layer that made the sulbing rather tasteless.Service-wise, the guys manning the front counter stayed seated and on mobile devices when we walked into their establishment. I had to literally check if they were open when one of them finally decided to walk up to the counter to take our orders. Service was super unfriendly and unwelcoming to say the least.Our final verdict was that the food Sulbing serves is as bland and emotionless as the service they provide. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. Go to Snowy Village or Sulmida instead.
