Even though they're still improving their parking lot this is the best Go station I have ever been too because they have nice staff, clean washrooms, more parking space right close to the Abilties centre and they also have a PC express to store groceries inside your locker.

Expensive, mediocre public transit. Cuba has much more reliable transit, believe it or not. Soviet era tractors and buses that get there ON TIME and people can actually afford it; if they don't have any money, they can just get on for free.

It wound be greatly appreciated if Go Transit made a conscious effort to improve your delay notifications to your riders. With two cancelations this morning you left hundreds of your daily riders literally out in the cold with no updates for 30 minutes. Together with a genuine lack of Shelters on the platform in Whitby, today's overall Go Transit gets awarded a - 10*.

The only thing that is irritating with this place is that the parking availability display is always showing incorrect numbers. Even when the lot is full it shows 340 available. I usually end up going up in vain an return back and find a different r parking space.

The staff and trains are generally good, but where are the charging spots for the electric cars? The directions from the employee were minimal, but there were no signs any where, I drove around a few times, nothing, tried to see if cars were already plugged in somewhere, nothing. Do they really have charging stations? That was a bust and waste of time. I looked at the whitby go website, on roaming data which cost me about 20 euros, and the information appears to be wrong, what a waste. Other apps are not showing any stations near whitby go.
