I've been to this one 3 times in the past while and only once has it not led to complete disappointment. Only things that weren't cold were the mugs. Long wait time, cold burger, warm mug of root beer. Wish there was a Wendy's close by.

The workers are always friendly in the Windsor location. My order has been wrong now the last two times but it's okay because the place is always short staffed and I feel bad for the workers. It's not their fault. The food is always good. The workers are always courteous even though I sense they are very stressed out. The prices at A&W are high considering everything is lesser portions. I understand that the prices have gone up everywhere but it's very expensive to eat there. My opinion ,but I believe Upper Management needs to get on the ball and take more interest in their employees that are the ones making them money. Sorry no pictures this time.

Although my 1st impression was not good as I was charged for an extra soda the manager stood up and took care of the refund apologizing. I'm sure a mistake can happen to anyone. At the end of the day the experience and the food was good!

I was actually shocked when we got our breakfast here on Saturday. It was really fresh - even the tomatoes! - and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Location was clean and staff was friendly. Our best A&W experience in a long time!

Long wait, but staff were very busy and short-handed. Food stayed in the warmer too long, which made it Luke warm at best. The gentleman that was running the restaurant that night was very kind and remade our food, so it was fresh .

I'm not sure if I should be embarrassed to admit it or not, but this is our regular and favourite place to stop on one of our Sunday drives through the Valley. I just love their veggie burgers, and the fact that they were one of the first chains to start publishing calories on their menus in plain sight on the wall. Now they have another veggie burger, the Beyond Meat burger, which is also delicious. They really do make good food from good food, so I stand by them in that, even though when I first heard that tagline, I laughed forever. It's still memorable, so therefore it works.
