This location is great. Staff is kind, always well organized. Lots of variety in all items, and shelves are always well stocked here. Don’t forget to check out the clearance wall for items to stock up on.Because it is at the end of the parking lot, it’s easy to park - but not so easy to enter/exit. Should be a second parking exit right onto Trainyards drive.

Last evening - Feb 9, 2023 i had a crafting emergency and ran out of supplies for a project i was working on. i was unable to go to the store myself and the wonderful staff were able to fulfill a pick-up order right away (it was well after the usual deadline) so that i could arrange for pick up. They were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. A big thank you to the young lady who assisted me, her customer service was exceptional.

Store is well maintained. Staff are friendly. Michael's offers a great variety of arts and craft supplies, but in my opinion is kind of overpriced. A lot of what they sell can be made at home or bought elsewhere for cheaper prices. It's main offering is the convenience of having everything in a one-stop crafts store. Overall good store.

Good service but the online order pick up process isn’t a normal one, or maybe I’m just living under a rock.I ordered to pick something up and how it works is there’s a shelf with peoples orders that any customer could pick up without having any verification procedures. So anyone could’ve picked up my order from there. The lady was nice and helpful, but the pick up procedure raises some concerns. Luckily my order wasn’t stolen and even if it was, it wasn’t expensive but it’s just a warning for anyone planning to order for pick up.

Great place to find supplies for almost any craft project. They have a very large selection and range of products. They often have good sales and sometimes have coupons available online for items that are at regular price. The staff are often very helpful and informative if the store is not too busy. There are times that you may have to wait in line to talk to them. You can, also, buy online and pickup in store to save time looking through their huge selection when you arrive. Free parking is nice too.
