Was in kelowna for the day and popped in to see about my loan. Asked for a copy of contract. Female staff was nice and tried to help. As I'm trying buy out remained of loan but male staff in building was rude and said get it from store u loaned from. I thought all easy home and financial places could be helpful. Apparently not

Absolutely amazing, they were able to get me approved for a computer and a bed. They have really helped me out alot, and rather then the average few business days it takes. They were able to push it through almost immediately. It may be a franchise but it definitely feels like a family run business, because they truly care.If you head in anyone could help, but I would highly suggest Leah!! She did an amazing job on my account! Couldn't thank her enough
