I have nothing to say about Riverstar but 5*****+! This company was quick to respond to my business request & friendly & helpful when I showed up in their office with an immediate concern. I’m so happy I found this company on google & don’t understand the negative feedback, their prices are reasonable and even lower than their competitors & their customer service is fantastic along with their speed of service! Thanks to all their team! 1st time business corporation customer & my future business is staying with Riverstar.

Riverstar Fire Protection is the company we use for our internal fire extinguishers inspections on an annual basis. Riverstar always gives prompt service with an absolute great customer experience. Thank you Riverstar Fire Protection for always keeping the C.S.S. work family safe!

Absolutely horrible service. Their ETA on fire extinguisher servicing is completely unacceptable. When I confronted them and asked them why it took over a month (nearly two) to get my fire extinguishers re-certified, they simply replied that they had other businesses that took priority. What a great way to make a customer feel valued.When I asked if they would do something about the charges due to the multiple delays, they told me flat out that if I didn't pay in full they would just remove their re-certification tags and I could go elsewhere. They were not interested in retaining my business or compromising whatsoever.If this is their standard for customer service, who knows if their actual servicing is up to standard as well.There are other places in Calgary that I'm sure would treat you better than this business.I would not recommend Riverstar to anyone.

Our small business has always had great service here. The prices are good and turnaround times are good as well. They even offered us a loaner fire extinguisher in the mean time at no additional charge. They also have a good selection of new fire extinguishers and mounting brackets. I recommend using Riverstar Fire Protection.
