Beautiful plants, wonderful staff and a passionate owner. It is very evident that Robyn has put blood sweat and tears in to making the greenhouse her own. I'm sure she'll have a successful first summer with many more to come.

One reviewer down below said the owner was rude. I had the exact opposite experience. She was very friendly and helpful all the time. The store is amazing, you can really see that they put a lot of effort into this place. I will definitely recommend it to friends. Do not get distracted by reviewers, who just had a bad day. The store and it's owner are fantastic!

We make a pilgrimage every spring to The Greenhouse on the River at Lakefield, ON. It's a ritual that never gets old - all those beautifully colored plants making oxygen as fast as they can. It is invigorating as well as a sensory blend of warm earth, herbs and flowers.Imaginative displays, lush greens and vivid rainbow colors and knowledgeable people who care about their products. It's why we go there and enjoy.

STOP NOW - this is the place you’re looking for!!!!!’My wife and I were looking for an evergreen columner and they had many many options for us and delivered within a week. Very professionally installed. Exceeded our expectations eg brought sod, mulch. Worked around our other precious plants. Jamie and Jeremiah are gentlemen who are very skilled at what they do.
