They either stole 4 brand new iPhone 14s or just randomly delivered them to the wrong address and let a stranger sign for them. Either way, our business is out $5,000 and four brand new phones because of them. I will be avoiding purchasing from any vendors who use UPS for their delivery from here on out. This is completely unacceptable

Do not use UPS. They don't even ring your doorbell-they just claim delivery attempted". Each morning for 5 days in a row now they have claimed "out for delivery to access point" and then at 9 pm they claim delivery was prevented by circumstances "...beyond our control". I’ve had 3 shipments in 2 days. I’m really unimpressed with the delivery service. Clearly stated on both delivery labels as part of the address was BASEMENT SUITE IN BACK. There were 2 labels on each of of the 3 packages, all had this as part of the address. The packages were delivered to the front of the house on the middle of the landing in plain site for anyone to see and take. The delivery person didn’t even put them behind the post where at least they would have been hidden. I have had some of my packages go missing before, which is one of the reasons I put the details on my orders.On previous occasions I’ve contacted customer support for help, but all I got were excuses.I’m on my own and a senior that has been sick with Covid. The reason I ordered it for delivery was because the packages were larger and one was a bit heavier. I could have purchased everything in a store but, I was worried that I might fall trying to take them inside. I probably should have, then at least I wouldn’t have paid for the service I needed and didn’t get. I checked online for status on the package from yesterday and the tracking showed it was still in transit (still does). I decided to check late last night and there it was.I honestly don’t understand why this company in particular will not deliver to the address on the package. I assume that if I was in an apartment and my apartment number was part of the address that they would at minimum deliver it to the apartment and not leave it in the lobby for anyone to take! How is this different?

UPS refuse to send my import documentation in a timely manner as I do the brokerage myself. Greedy and shady corporate behaviors'. Take the shipping cost and be happy with it, I will never use UPS to ship out you've lost my business for ever. Oh and don't bother replying with we're sorry" no you're not

When driving and delivering is what you pay them for, I’m astonished that I have to provide their customer service team with a google maps link to find my address. I’ve never had to convince any other customer service team on multiple occasions that I do in fact live where I live.

I called them to track my package after a week of delivery delays and the person there told me that my package was held at 1001 broadway #101 in vancouver, BC and that I should go pick it up myself but turned out it was a lie. That was my 7th call to UPS customer centre. They are so unprofessional, dishonest and irresponsible..terrible customer service!! They deserve 0 star.

Paid $200USD for express shipping. After my parcel arrived at the Delta warehouse, it wasn't delivered for 6 days citing emergency situation/severe weather" - bs... for 6 days?!? There were definitely no weather events.Called customer service numerous times throughout the week and they couldn't tell me what the holdup was. Would "guarantee" me delivery next day but only to have it rescheduled at the end of the evening citing "emergency situation/severe weather".When it was finally delivered

Absolutely shameful customer service. The driver did not even attempt delivery of the package (no slip was left) and customer service and complaint line is useless to get anything sorted. Even though they have the information sitting right in front of them the cx service agents still try and tell me things are wrong and I must not know my own address right. Absolutely the worst service ever. After staying home all day yesterday awaiting the delivery that was expected, suddenly they “attempted delivery” but now the package has damage and that’s why they didn’t deliver it in the end. Several calls between myself and Customer Service happened and finally I was ASSURED the package would be delivered today. I took names and numbers to follow up. Stayed home AGAIN and by 4:30 the status had changed to “delivery failed” even though NO ONE CAME. I called IMMEDIATELY and asked them to contact the depot and have the driver “attempt” again. After much discussion they contacted the depot and I was promised that a driver would bring it by 7pm and CS would follow up at 7. They called at 7 to tell me the driver had tried to return but the machine for accepting payment wasn’t working so he left. They were suddenly unable to find a different driver or a working machine. By 7:02pm the driver had already returned to the depot and couldn’t leave again. At this point I told them I expect them to put it in a taxi, an Uber, drive it over in their personal vehicle, or send it FedEx. No actual delivery attempts were ever made. Instead they told me they’ll try again tomorrow. I can’t stay home again tomorrow and said as much. They decided to have me drive to pick it up at an access location but only if I paid the $1.75CAD in tax over the phone first. I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD!! I would gladly pay when I go pick it up but they said that’s impossible as not a single UPS location has the ability to accept payment in person. So essentially they’re holding it hostage unless I stay home ANOTHER day to pay them $1.75CAD. At this point I’m fully prepared to charge UPS with theft.

I cannot believe the service from UPS! We were supposed to receive our delivery on Wednesday, Dec 28 - at the end of the day, UPS changed the status to ‘not delivered due to severe weather’. Newsflash - there was no severe weather! We called their call centre (note they are in the Philippines and was advised it was rescheduled for Thursday, Dec 29. We waited all day - at 1900, they changed the status to ‘customer requested delivery change’ which again was FALSE! We called again and was told they have escalated it and that it will be out for delivery on Friday, Dec 30. Called Friday morning and they still cannot confirm the status!If you have a choice, DO NOT ever use UPS. They are the most unprofessional company ever and they do not care about their customers. I understand things happen but the complete lack of concern and consideration of people’s time is unacceptable.
