Huge shout out to Amie and the London Fresh Start Team. After receiving our order we realized that another supplier did not make their delivery and was closed for the long weekend. One call to the London office and they were able to pick and delivery my order. Incredible customer service. Grateful customer Deb MacDonald

Worst produce company that I have dealt with in my 15+ years in the restaurant industry. My previous review has been deleted as well as some other negative reviews. I’m sure this one will as well. There has not been one order that has arrived that was either missing items, had rotten produce, or the incorrect amount was sent. Today was a perfect example. We were ‘shorted’ heirloom tomatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, and avocados. No word that we weren’t getting the product. Just did not show up.There are a LOT of other points that I would happily post, but I fear that it will be removed by an insecure company, that takes zero responsibility for their garbage product and service.I was actually asked to remove my last negative review by my sales rep, who was asked by his supervisor...the very same one that I named in my first review.If you have the ability to use a different company, do it. This company has NO business using the word ‘Fresh’ in their name, because 90% of their product is far from it. You’d be better off going to Walmart to buy your produce.
