Recently we purchased a vehicle from Zak .. It had a few issues but small repairs which he said no problem he would take care of because of the warranty. So we returned it for the repairs after a week we pick it up to find most had not been fixed at all . We have since then tried contacting Zak many calls and have even emailed him ... Absolutely no reply no professionalism no accountability.. We have had to take it in and pay for these things out of pocket which we have informed him of. Still no response. So just beware

Zak at Ontario Auto Group was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to get the parts I wanted for me to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ontario Auto Group to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle that has customer service to match.

Bad experience. Still remember after two years. Not an honest company, don't call before doing things to attempt to grab more money from you, owner gets really aggressive any time you want to discuss money or pricing. Dealer then tries to make you feel like the bad guy for doing only what you signed for when it was his own fault he didn't properly communicate.In my opinion this place was extremely unprofessional and I would recommend you buy literally anywhere else. Even had the gas tank near completely empty at vehicle pickup. Buy from an actual brand dealership. These hole in the wall places are almost always terrible in my experience.

We are so happy with our purchase of a Toyota pick up truck a few weeks ago. The vehicle is in mint condition inside and out and Zac was such a pleasure to deal with.
