I had Alex helping me out during my visit. She made me feel very welcome and explained the process very thoroughly to me. The store itself has an incredible selection of styles and frames and I love the very organized and calm environment. Will definitely be back in the future for more sunglasses

Diana was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Even when I had a last-minute change of heart on the style of the frames, she breezed through the change with a smile.

Great selection, quality, and surprising prices. Josh provided phenomenal service, and made the usually painful process of buying glasses an enjoyable experience.

Alex is absolutely wonderful and I reccomend anyone shopping for the best pair of glasses to ask for her. Alex is very knowledgeable in the types of lenses offered as she took the time to explain the benefits and what option may be best for me. She was also able to identify the best frames for my features (size, shape etc.).I also received help from Tia and Nav, they all helped me find my perfect pair :) I have to say that everyone at Bonlook (Mapleview) are so genuine and they will make your experience feel comfortable and fun!I will certainly be back again!!!! Visited the store on May 9 and was assisted by Jeff. The store had a great selection of glasses and I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of prescription glasses that both look and feel amazing. Jeff was extremely friendly, courteous and informative and made the whole process smooth and efficient. He helped me pick out the perfect pair of prescription reading and sun glasses. Definitely recommend visiting Bonlook Mapleview for your vision needs!

While they have cute frames, the quality is extremely poor. I have had one pair for just more than a year and the lens started to stretch almost immediately from actions that did not damage the previous pairs/lenses. However, that is not the worst thing about the pair I got from BonLook. About six months into having the glasses, I noticed they needed to be tightened a little because they were starting to fall off when I bent down, a normal thing with glasses. But, ever since I got them tightened, the arms have been very loose, and there is damage to the one arm that can only be caused by over-tightening. Do yourself a favour, don't buy glasses from here for the nice frames and inexpensive prices, spend a little more money for better quality.

When walking in for my first pair of glasses, had a real dog wearing pair of first shoes vibe going on - just no idea. Diana not only made the experience so easy, but also very fun and enjoyable! Been back already for a second pair, and all the staff have been just A+. I may or may not have 3 more picked out already. This place is ace.

This was the best eyeglass shopping experience I've ever had - and most of that is due to Josh and his AMAZING customer service and people skills! I have never been able to pick out glasses that fit my small face and that still look nice on me. I told this to Josh, and he immediately helped me pick Petite frames in several styles so that I could see what I liked. He has such a natural talent for knowing what looks good on people!! All the styles that we picked together, I ended up loving. Even though it was a hard time narrowing it down, I ended up leaving with not one, but two pairs of glasses - all in under 15 minutes. He even remembered me 2 weeks later when I came in to pick them up. Thanks Josh for such a wonderful experience. All the best to you and your staff!

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Josh. I am very indecisive but he had no problem with this and was more than happy to assist me while trying on several glasses. Josh provided me with great feedback when trying on glasses and kindly recommend several other styles, shapes and colours that suited my preferences! As an indecisive shopper, its incredibly comforting to be served by staff that is friendly, patient and welcoming to you. Josh went above and beyond to ensure I picked out glasses that i loved while taking as much time as needed! He is truly a remarkable associate. Also, Diana and Jeff were so awesome as they showed interest in which glasses I was picking and also picked out some glasses I really liked even though I had been in the store for so long. The staff created such a positive and friendly atmosphere to shop! thank you all so much for your help!

Do not recommend. Got glasses for my wife that got scratched in no time. Got them checked by another specialist who confirmed it is CHEAP QUALITY and that it is due to manufacturing issue. Bonlook refused to take responsibility and replace the lenses, instead. They blamed the user even though I showed them my 5 years old pair of glasses that has only 1 scratch showing how well they are maintained.Very poor warranty and customer service. I regret this purchase and will order new lenses from REAL PROFESSIONALS soon.
