Beam Radiology - Harvest Hills

I was told the referral was sent by Beam, then through comments on here, not directly, was told they could not, and now I find out that it never was and no information was relayed to my doctor about it at all. My doctor knows nothing and as far as I am concerned, I was lied to by the staff and CEO of Beam Radiology. The worst staff, environment, and care I have ever received in my life. Go anywhere else but to this radiology center if you want any sort of acceptable care.*Edit* I was told I would get a phone call to let me know appropriate action had been taken. My physician does not need your permission to tell me you followed up and someone would be contacting me. Considering the absolute fear your technician (not a doctor) instilled in me with her interpretation of my scan, which I also relayed to the CEO, my one star review stands. My disappointment with the medical system is completely reinforced.

Claudia at the front was extremely bubbly, helpful, pleasant and went out of her way to do what she did. She's an asset to any organization and I will be failing on my part if I don't bring this to the notice of the management and patients info! The staff here seems to be quite happy and helpful. Kelly has done many scans for me throughout my pregnancy and has been absolutely amazing! She’s patient, thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. Their new clinic in Royal Oak is beautiful and clean. I had such a positive experience with Beam and it was incredible to see my baby girl for the first time!

Dennis gauvin, I have colitis (4yrs) and had 6 myths chemo last year. Being in the health system, beam staff are top level players in their field, efficient, friendly and on point. I had a mri and had to wait one day. It was a Christmas miracle. 11 mth wait for the alberta system. Keep up the great work.

I am impressed. Miscommunication about an appointment and actually having someone call me back and get feedback and help right a situation. Cindy, you are amazing. I appreciate how you care about your patients. If the staff are anything like you, it will be awesome. Thank you again .

The nurses at the front desk are exceptionally courteous and nice. The doctors are well trained and know what they are doing. The MRT specialists are understanding and amazing people. I would go back again and again to get help from them.

I have been going to the Harvest Hills location for quite some time. Excellent and very friendly staff. Dr Patel is top of the best!! I highly recommend this location!!

I went for cortisone injections in my Neck, the first lot done by a Dr Koles and then the second one by Dr Patal. The first doctor was kind, but the whole ordeal was very very painful, I was already in pain when I went but did not expect it to be so bad as they froze the area, although they didn't wait even 1 min for the freezing to work - just dived right in.The second Doctor was not kind at all, ( I already let them know I was anxious from the fist time, but they didn't try to help with that at all) he seemed to be annoyed and in a hurry, and he hurt me A LOT, even with me saying it hurt he said to me it's your own fault" what the heck! I didn't answer I was crying so hard. there was no instruction - do this or lay still. the bed is very awkward -especially for women.I am 3 days past this now and spent the first day in bed as my neck was still too sore for me even to hold my head up. I still feel bruised and cannot turn my head all the way to my left side

This clinic is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Clerk and the entire staff are super friendly, efficient and caring. I've had numerous Spinal procedures at CDC over the years, and while helpful, it's always so busy, rushed and impersonal. This place seems so much more cutting edge technology, and you really feel cared for.
