Very respectful, honest and kind. Our heater quit working in -20 weather and Birken Auto had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed in 2 days like it was their own. Would highly recommend to family and friends

Shelby and Kevin provide straightforward, honest advice, and amazing customer service that you won’t find anywhere else! We really appreciate the efforts they take to work with our schedule and keep our car and truck purring and growling along. They always keep us well informed and spell out options, including innovative ones to fix aging truck problems, but if they can’t fix it right, they’ll tell you and not waste your money. Very genuine and totally professional.Thanks for everything you two! (and please don’t ever leave the 452!)
