After waiting 3 weeks for the day to arrive, we got a call the morning of (3hrs before they were set to arrive), stating the appointment had to be cancelled and was to be rebooked. We permanently cancelled and went to the next business who took their job & customers serious.

Service person was efficient and friendly. We are new to wood fireplaces and he took the time to patiently show us all of the important parts of the fireplace. His recommended maintenance schedule seemed reasonable. Will use again.

Our experience from start to finish with Ash Chimney Sweeps was excellent! The office staff was very helpful ensuring we got an appointment promptly during this busy season. They also helped us determine exactly what type of appointment we needed so that we did not spend more money on things we did not need. The technician and assistant that attended were both friendly and polite and arrived in PPE. They worked quickly and efficiently. And the technician was very knowledgeable! He did not leave until he had given us thorough information on running the wood burning fireplace (as we have never had one before), as well as safety tips. We had a very pleasant experience!
