I am very satisfied with the service and responsiveness of this company. My questions were patiently answered in a timely manner by salesperson Matthew. They came to do the installation when they said they would; Walid and Amjed worked well and hard and left the place clean. A small piece of drywall fell off during installation, and they were responsive and prompt in having someone come patch it up. The unit runs great and is a pleasure to have in this humid weather. Brand new install completed yesterday. Took a bit more than a week. It's a good company. The team is friendly and easy to work with. And if you're dealing with Matthew, then you're in luck. The guy stays in touch. Just keep in mind, these guys are busier than you think. And you will be glad with the final product.

The technician, Manny, has been very helpful. He heard the noise from the ducts & diligently experimenting different ways to diagnose the cause of the problem. He found out the problem & explained to me in a layman term that I understood. Very courteous, professional and dedicated fellow. Making me feel confident about the company. My family was satisfied with their service. Excellent work and good price. We requested an estimation to install AC units ( for our home in Vaudreuil-Dorion) and it was done fast with very good recommendation. Their installation team are very professional, polite and done a fantastic job. Recommend to deal with them.Update: I didn't expect that their service will be the worest service I've ever had. Last year (2022) we had an issue with one of our new uintes. A technician was sent to check and we were told it's a gas probleme! new unites shouldn't have any gas issue. Anyway, this year (May 2023), the problem comes back and the unit is not working probably with error code. Many phone calls to schedule a visit, paid in advance and no one has came yet. Dishonest people and wasting time with them. Avoide them

I had a AC unit installed less than 2 years ago and had to add gas to it twice. One of the technicians told me the machine has a leak so it will happen every year. I had it fixed for another $200 as it was no longer covered by the warranty.

Was having noise problems with my AC . Manny fixed it in 15 minutes. Great service highly recommend.

I'm very satisfied with the installation of 2 AC units in my house. Big Thanks to the sales representative, Mathew.UPDATE: unfortunately I have to come back here and give this update for the after installation services. One of my AC units always has a problem (showing F0 error code and hot air coming out). Dishonest technician came Last July (2022) to find out what the issue was. He didn't do anything and left within less than 10 minutes. He just told me that he put some gas and the problem was solved. I paid $285 for that. now I have the same problem again (May 2023), I called for help and I was told I have to pay $197 before scheduling an appointment to send a technician to see what the problem is!!! I paid them right away and noone called me to give me a date, I had to call them 3 times just to get the appointment. After struggling with them to have a date, no one has shown up on time, and I'm still waiting for the technician to come! I'm really upset and disappointed!UPDATE: A very good technician came and fixed the problem which had been an installation error from the first time. Also, I was promised to refund me what I paid for the service. Many thanks for Mathew who was very kind and understanding.
