My bike needed a new part and ended up sitting in their shop for nearly 3 months. After several weeks, when asked when they'd receive the part I was told, good question." They didn't call with any updates and my bike never ended up getting fixed. Supply chain issues are one thing

Recently went in to check out some bikes. Peter and the crew of guys are very personable, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the bikes. I was walked through a few different brands and decided on a Santa Cruz nomad. Peter helped set the suspension and Nike to exactly my fit. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks guys

Decided to ride while on trip and called to see if they had any rentals and I was lucky to get a Santa Cruz nomad. Bike was immaculate condition, all parts were well serviced if not new. Shop was out of rental helmets so they took one off the shelf for me to use, same with a tire patch kit. Excellent attitudes towards customers and the shop was in great condition and very clean. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Owner, & Staff of Ardent Bicycles. I stopped in with a question I had on my bike. Several team members were happy to help. It became clear that the level of bicycle they sell is above my financial means. They all treated me with respect, and provided me with suggestions for my bike. There's a reason why Ardent has 5 stars across the board. The customer service is exceptional. Peter goes the extra mile to make you happy, and really knows bikes. Its refreshing to find a place where their business really is their passion. What a great guy and a great place to shop!

I stopped in to drop my bike off for a repair which I thought was going to be a big deal. The shop was kind of busy but, Peter I think it was, offered to take a look at it right away. He had it fixed in 10 minutes! Really cool vibe in the shop too, I will definitely be going back for future bike needs!

I went in to Ardent bike shop a couple weeks ago with my Mongoose mountain bike from Walmart. I was going to have the derailer replaced and offered some money down. There was about a 3 week wait on repairs. The gentleman I was working with said no money down was required. About that time the owner joined our conversation and offered me a great deal on a GaryFisher Tassajara. Someone brought it in for a tune up and decided to trade it for a new bike.He gave me a great price and got me back on the trail that day. Was very pleased.
