Shelley is such a professional, courteous and caring Electrolysis Technician.I was very embarrassed about the hair I wanted removed on my upper lip and chin, it was a very sensitive subject and it made me feel like I belonged in the circus as a bearded lady. Shelley made me feel like a normal beautiful human being at my very first appointment. She took her time to discuss the process with me and make sure that I was 100% comfortable - and no longer feeling ashamed of my hair.I'm now 6 months into my treatment and I feel like an entirely new person. I'm no longer having to hide my face out of embarrassment or race to the bathroom multiple times a day with tweezers to get rid of those unwanted hairs.If you're considering any type of hair removal make Shelley your first call! She will not disappoint and she gets the job done right and with compassion.Thank you Shelley for your hard work, quick replies, flexibility, continuous caring nature and dedication to making each treatment the very best.

Advanced Image Electrolysis is truly a top notch service! I am beyond happy with the results (seriously exceeds my expectations). She is professional and friendly, and makes sure that for your whole experience you are comfortable, which includes the private, beautiful and clean room setup. She is not only talented but very educated in her field and it clearly shows. I would easily recommend her to anyone (which I already have: p). I would say that the cost of her services are definitely worth the high quality results that you receive. 10/10
