Stanley Park Outdoor Pool
Nice park with heated outdoor pools: one for adults and another pretty shallow one for toddlers. There is lawn right beside the pool - great for sitting on a mat and watching your kids. :) There are also tennis courts right beside the pools.

It is a very great place. The only thing that was interesting is rules implementation. The water for pool and the showers are very very cold. They don't have clear signs asking people to take a shower after using the bathroom and before entering the pool.

It's a nice size pool, but they need more chairs for people sitting around the pool. I'd like to see more pools around calgary that have a diving board which this pool does not have.

Stanley Park Outdoor Pool
This is an absolutely fantastic park with alot of fun family oriented stuff to do. It's nice to go floating, if you are scared of extreme water current, but more importantly, it's just an all round chill place for family to relax.

The pool is 1.5 meters at the deepest, around 27 degrees celcius and they have a small wade pool + spray park area for the children. The staff are friendly and helpful. 5/5

Aug 2021This pool is not very deep, only 1.8 meters in the deep end. There is a slide in the deep end but not one in the shallow end for younger kids. The separate wading pool for babies has a slide. The pool is heated. I found it to not be as clean as I would have liked, many leaves and dirt at the bottom.There is a consession stand that sells popsicles.There are lounge chairs, picnic tables and a large grassy area to sit.Lockers in the change room take a quarter or you can bring your own lock.The surrounding area is nice with the Elbow River being right there and picnic spots with a small park.

Stanley Park Outdoor Pool
The pool itself is very small, and today (Tuesday) it is very crowded. However, there is lots of room to tan on a grass. People even bring their own tents here :) Plus there is Muskoka chairs and beach chairs in here. if you’re a fan of swimming in a quiet place I wouldn’t recommend this pool, you can’t actually swim, cuz there are a lot of children playing in the water. But if you enjoy tanning, it’s a great place to come

Pool that was supposed to be heated, wasn't working. But what was worse, is I showed up with my kids yo the pool, they charged us full price for admission, then informed us that there's only 40min left until we need to leave for the next time slot. If you're going to only let us stay for 30min instead of full hour and 45min then tou should (a) notify people in advance and/or (b) not charge full admission.
