We only stayed for one night but we had such a lovely and pleasant stay here! The receptionist was so friendly when we checked in and our room was spacious and clean. We ate at the Tiara restaurant and the service was on point! Couldn't have been happier with the service. I mentioned it was my husband's birthday and they go beyond to do little special things - free chocolate, birthday card and a glass of champagne! They even delievered a rose to the room. It's the little gestures that makes this hotel stand out and we can't wait to come back!

I am so disappointed with our stay. The lobby was very run down. Furniture was dirty and dusty. Our check in was slow and the door person was extremely rude. He seemed inconvenienced with our arrival. Our room was dark and dated.I booked this property for my sister’s birthday, and I was embarrassed I chose this property. We had a drink in the Lounge, it was filthy! The window ledge beside our table had dozens of dead flies!! It was awful!Even worse, I emailed the manager of the hotel, even spoke to her to discuss our stay and my disappointment. NOTHING was done about it.I spent nearly $500 for one night. I would NEVER stay here again,The other Vintage Inn properties are much better kept and I would chose another property over this one.The only positive was the grounds. Beautiful gardens. Perhaps they should focus on the interior design, maintenance and service as much as the exterior.I expected much more. Beyond disappointed with the customer service, especially from management.

Good service and nice hotel stay experience overall. The hotel bathroom can benefit from some updates but we know it's not a modern style hotel. The breakfast package is great value and the dinning room has excellent views. Breakfast quality is good overall. The coffee however can be better.

Came for a wedding and spent 1 night. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. Lots to see and do around the hotel and within walking distance. Just needs a few more signs on doors so you don't get lost. Hotel is very nice and if looking to indulge, definitely recommend.

We stayed as part of a corporate party weekend. It's a beautiful property (see pics). We didn't use any of the restaurants or facilities but the party evening was superbly catered and the food was great. Each room has a Nespresso machine. I texted housekeeping to request more coffee pods and they were delivered to the room within 60 seconds, now that is fantastic service! Free parking is great. It's just on the edge of town, a 10 minute walk, so the location is great.

Stayed the weekend for Family day, room was beautiful (cozy bed, room looked newly renovated, plush robes in the closet A LOVELY SURPRISE)! They even left a bottle of wine (awaiting in our room for us) for our repeat booking. We were also given roses during turn down service. Spent time by the pool, dined at the Tiara restaurant, walked around down and visited all the shops. Such a classy place with great service, special shout-out to Cassidy at front desk (thank you!!)!

We stayed one night at the Queens Landing Dockmaster suite. Some positives : grounds are well kept, pet friendly (there is a fee but still appreciate being able to bring our pup), greeted with a dog treat bag upon arrival, one of the staff delivered a rose to our room - this was a cute touch, little interaction with staff but everyone was friendly nonetheless. Some improvements : very loud in the dockmaster suite, there are 4 separate units and you can hear everything through the walls, behind the building not sure if there is some type of loading dock but heard trucks throughout the night, also every step you take - the floor squeaks, I can appreciate the older and vintage feel of the rooms but still pretty annoying when you are just walking around. Overall felt very old and dated. We did not take advantage of the breakfast the next morning as we left early so cannot comment on that but I think to pay over $600 for one night stay in the suite we did, is extremely overpriced. It was nice to be across from the marina but honestly still did not justify the cost.

Lovely overnight stay. Best hotel shower we have had in a long time...piping hot water, great water pressure and luxurious bath sheet. Room spacious and very clean but no fridge - an amenity I find to be lacking. All staff extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Walk score of 10. Would definitely return.

I attended my friends wedding at Queens Landing and it was absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautiful but the interior of the building was unmatched. The food tasted phenomenal and the banquet hall was beautiful. I did get a little frustrated having to go down to the basement for the washrooms but that wasn’t too bad. The bar in the lobby area was amazing, and the outdoor area for some guests to smoke was decorated beautifully. A very photographic location for a wedding

We spent a night here and my experience was mind-blowing. We took our family for lunch to celebrate our recent marriage. The food was exquisite, view was breathtaking with an above and beyond staff. They treated my wife and I to free dessert after which they handed out fresh roses to the women including a bouquet for the new bride. They upgraded our room for free and even had a bottle of sparkling wine on ice waiting for us. That evening we had dinner reservations, but I was not feeling well so we didn't make it. My wife explained to the restaurant and within 20 minutes someone was knocking at our door asking if I needed anything. Breakfast, I was feeling much better. We were treated to that amazing water view with the best eggs-benny and French toast we've ever have. They were even so kind enough to comp mimosas for us. When we checked out they refunded our dinner, no problem. 100% am going to stay again.
