Betty, Kat and Curtis are absolutely awesome to deal with. The clinic is clean and they take the time needed to make you feel comfortable and at ease. A million times better than dealing with labs in the city!

This clinic is quite small, busy and understaffed. The phlebotomists have to register a steady stream of incoming patients in between taking blood. I was there first thing in the morning, third in line and waited 45 minutes (not terrible but definitely could be improved). Staff are polite but not exactly friendly. Parking is paid.

They are always courteous and despite it's super busy the waiting time is acceptable.

The regular staff at this Dynacare location are fabulous. I recommend using the Dynacare app to check in. You can check the wait times on it and they text you when it is 10 minutes before your turn. It's very convenient.

The Staff here in Kemptville is always amazing. There has not been one bad experience in all the years I have been going there. They are very busy, but manage to move customers fast and keep great attitudes. To the customers who complain that it is too small and understaffed, well they are busy because they are really good at what they all are doing.

Never had a bad experience until my latest visit.Do not do 'drop-ins' here. My home has always done drop-ins and today, I waited over 1.5 hours only to then find out that if you do drop-ins, you will continually be bumped to the bottom of their wait list as people check in online. No mention of this to myself. I just patiently sat watching people come and go before I asked some questions.I have always found the staff to be pleasant, professional plus kind yet, not today. The gentleman was polite yet, one of the female staff was extremely rude. For some reason, she did not think it a problem that it would be ok for me to sit there all day being bumped to the bottom as I was not a priority as I did not check in online. All clients are a priority. No one is more or less than any other.The gentleman explained to me that if I wanted to do a drop-in, then I needed to come before they opened up, line up and it was a first come first serve as long as no others had begun to check in online. Then, you were bumped to the bottom, and would stay there until there were no further online check-ins to be done.Checking in via a drop-in or online should not matter; when you check in, you should be placed on the waiting list - not continually bumped down as others check in online.I left, did an online booking - their online booking system needs to better reflect the approximate wait times - booking an online check in time for a 29 minute wait turned into me being there for an extra hour before I was seen.When I came back, absolutely zero parking and I had to drive around and around before finding a spot in their east parking lot. I am mobile, many clients there today had poor mobility. They would not have been able to manage that walk from the parking.No updates on wait time given via text OTHER than when I was in my car leaving AFTER I had my lab work. The one that came in said that my wait time was now zero minutes. Not an efficient system at all.I appreciate that places are very busy, even short staffed, most of us work in places that are extremely busy with staff shortages. However, that is no excuse for unprofessional conduct nor not explaining to clients how this 'new' system works. This is not how other Dynacare's locations operate with their drop-ins vs online check-in clients. My home frequents another one in Kanata when we are working for easier accommodation to have lab work done, and have never run into any issues.During my many hours there waiting between two visits, quite a few people were negatively impacted by this drop-in vs online checking service. Lots of complaints plus feedback being given to the staff by others.Upon leaving, the staff member who did my lab work asked if I could post re: my experience.Very disappointing experience. Gave a 3 star , over a 1 or 2 as our past experiences were stellar.

The Lab is located at the Kemptville Hospital, in a small building across from the Emergency entrance - Parking is free for first 20 min then $4.00 - the Staff are always polite, thorough, and work very hard to keep everyone safe and the patients moving quickly to their apt. I will continue to do all my Lab work here

Not respectful of patient's privacy. One of the techs was yelling across the room asking a patient to clarify what their swab was for. This poor lady was mortified as she quietly told the woman it was a vaginal swab and then the tech called out did you say vaginal?!" So the entire room and lobby could hear. Zero tact from that tech and I feel so bad that that woman had to go through that. So rude."

They are located right accross from the Kemtville hospital/emergency. Went in for blood work, in and out in less than 20 mins. Friendly staff, free parking if less than 20 mins, after that, $4.00

The wait at this location is far too long. There is not one instance where I have come and not waited excessively long. The online check in is deceiving, once your estimated wait is up it just adds more time. This location is not big enough to service the needs of the entire town. Most labs have their own private parking lot which is free but because it's shared with the hospital you have to pay for parking. The staff do their best but the town needs a bigger lab or second location.
