I went in and one person complimented my shirt and I thought it was going to be good. When I was checked out, the cashier didn’t know their promotions. I told them that I had a 10 for 30 and asked about the free bag promotion. After it rung up, I checked my receipt and it didn’t take off the deal and it was the wrong bag so it was $6. While working on the refund for the underwear deal, I asked about the bag. It was a whole thing, in the end because they did the refunds separately I no longer qualified for the free bag even though I already paid the limit. They offered me no solutions and were obviously annoyed with me when I had asked my questions before checking out and it was still wrong. They handed my bag back to me and then instantly ignored my presence and started talking about it in front of me. I’ve worked customer service and I understand to a point, but this experience was ridiculous and I almost just returned the entire purchase.

It was just the worst customer service I've ever experienced. (August 9th)25-30 years old East Indian lady was really rude. She was very impatient and angry looking. I felt myself so uncomfortalble. Finally I just left there everything what I was planning to buy (about $200 dollars).I will never go there again (LA Vie en Rose, Outlet collections mall, Winnipeg). You guys should better interview the staff you hire.

Defective Bathing Suit Fabric.I bought a swimsuit at this location a few months ago, which I couldn’t wear until now. I wore it once in a pool, rinsed it with only water by hand afterwards and the next day the colour had faded in patches. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and that it wasn’t a fabrication defect. If a bathing suit cannot withstand chlorine, what is it a bathing suit for? It can even be used for the purpose it’s made for. I have owned many bathing suits and none of them have ever faded (even when I didn’t rinse them after the pool!). I loved this bathing suit and now it’s ruined after 1 wear for 1 hour. It cost over $90, which the company is not willing to refund or provide store credit for. Terrible customer service and zero accountability for their product. I would not recommend buying their bathing suits. I won’t be buying anything there again.

They messed up the sizing tags and put a medium tag on a large bikini top and then when I returned it they refused to refund me. They said that they can accept returns after the boxing day week so I purchased the size I needed and then went back to la vie on rose when the no exchange period ended and they still won't give me my money back. Wish I never bought that top in the first place. If I wanted to shop at a place that doesn't have a return policy I'll just buy from Shein which is much cheaper.

Absolutely excellent service. I’m disabled and a saleswoman named Anais noticed as soon as I came in the door and asked if I needed help. I asked if there was a plus size section and she said no, it’s all just mixed in. I didn’t even have to ask her for help; she could see by my expression that getting around the store wasn’t going to be easy for me.Anais found some great things for me, carried my selections so I didn’t have to, and just generally was the kind of helpful, engaged salesperson that ensure customers have a good experience in a store. She definitely hit that sweet spot of customer service where they’re interested and willing to deal with private issues (especially in a lingerie store!) but without prying into your life or being a little *too* interested in you.I have no connection with her or anything, to be clear. I’ve never met her before in my life. I just think that sometimes, when you have the time or energy, when you get good service, it’s worth mentioning.

One of the cashiers was checking out a customer and I was further back in line when she yelled at me fix your mask!" It was super embarrassing. My mask was on the end of my nose but my nostrils were still covered. I was talking to my boyfriend so I guess it was slipping off. But never did it expose my breath. It just felt out of place and super rude

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!I spent so much time looking for the stuff I needed, finding proper sizes and colours, gave that stuff to the sales associate to keep at the till as I was going to buy it, once I finished shopping. How shocked and surprised I was to realize they put the stuff I was going to buy back to display. The woman who I gave my stuff to didn't apologize or show any interest in bringing it back, saying she doesn't know what stuff I had and who moved it. At first I wanted just to leave, but then decided to speak to the manager, maybe the manager would be interested in making a sale. Even more pitiful the manager was that woman who didn't care about serving me or fixing the situation in any way.If you guys (sales employes) don't like your job, quit it.

We normally get great service at other la vie en roses but at this one it seemed like no one was working. No one greeted us or checked in on us. We were unsure who was working or shopping. We walked around loudly saying “I wonder if anyone is around who could size us, I wonder if they have this” hoping that an employee would hear and help us. No one came, and we quickly realized there were 4 employees on the floor around us who didn’t once say anything. We went in the fitting room to try on and asked the person working for the same item in another size and they brought a completely different item. I had to go on the floor and get it myself. We ended up leaving without buying anything because it was so disappointing.

Had a great experience shopping for a new swim suit at La Vie En Rose! Awesome staff, so friendly and they love what they do!!Carli, Faith and Katrine were on shift that day, it was fun to chat with them and they were so helpful, they knew exactly my style and I found two bathing suits and a couple of cover ups!I’ll definitely shop there again!
