Food is great! Especially the boneless wings! Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because they always have trouble finding my place, which is fine but there is google maps for that now so you don't have to get so confused. But service is usually great and food great, always over priced but hey we still pay for it lol

Bought Pizza from here three times, and every single time has had nasty burnt toppings or weird crust. Stratford Pizza Hut has incredible pizza and I love going there for a treat but the odd time I go this location because they are open an hour later and every time I regret it heavily, but keep forgetting to never go back. Drive further for a different location! ♥

My order of 2 pizzas were completely burnt. I went back and a polite girl took it back and asked 15 mins to cook new one. New order was like shown in a picture, over cooked and almost no cheese. A guy from kitchen told me this happens when dough is fresh. I never heard before that you can serve a burnt pizza with almost no cheese because a dough is fresh. I had pizza from Pizza Hut in many different countries but this is my worst experience. Took a bite of it and a base was soggy and uncooked, this means it overcooked from top and base is not cooked. I did survey after this and no one from Pizza even bother to contact me. Really appreciate Pizza Hut for their customers service who don’t even care about their customers.

This Pizza Hut is Excellent, great food, fast & friendly staff. The store is always clean. The pizza is always consistently good. The men and women that work here do an awesome job of putting together amazing products. I don't know what's up with all the negative reviews but I order here at least once a week and my standards are extremely high. No complaints at all.

Ordered a pizza an hour and half ago. Never received the order Edit: Did finally get the delivery after almost 2 hours (1 hr 47 mins). My only gripe is I paid online and wasted 40 bucks.Tried calling the store - after 35 mins on hold, never got connected to the store. Called customer service and they couldn’t do anything but send a note with hope that the order gets cancelled.Well so long Pizza Hut… stay away. Find another Pizza store. Not worth the hassle.Edit: The pizza base was not even dough. It was frozen off the shelf stuff. Stay away!!!! Look at the pictures.

My wife was out running errands so I ordered pick up for her to grab on her way home. She did not know what I ordered just that it was under my name. She was handed a pizza and said have a good day and my wife was on her way. Once my wife got home the drinks I had ordered were not given to her so there was 5$ down the hole. I also chose hot peppers as a topping, $2.50 which is a little crazy to begin with. Once we started eating we noticed the maybe 12 hot peepers we got, almost all still had the pits attached, that is one of the most un appetizingthings the bite into. In the end I lost 5$ for the drinks I never got! $2.50 for the peppers I ordered! That's $7.50 on a 26$ order! It's only a 2 star because the pizza was alright! But the experience after not eating Pizza Hut at your crazy prices after a few years was trash! And I will now go another few years not eating it again!

Ordered through door dash. Pizza was burned. There was no seal on pizza box or bread sticks box. Slices were not cut correctly. Extremely dry. Paid full price for pizza that tastes like ash
