Horrible experience buying parts online. I ordered a part on January 25th, it has been 9 weeks now and it still hasn't shipped. They don't reply to emails, the parts department doesn't answer their phone or call back when you leave a voicemail. They've charged my card for the part and shipping over 2 months ago and I haven't seen anything since

I was provided exceptional service by Roger while I was looking to get a Honda Accord. He was very friendly and honest unlike the stereotype trying to decieve customers. I had multiple appointments booked with different Honda Dealerships, and after Roger helped me find the right car, I cancelled the remaining. The whole staff was very helpful.

Toronto Honda Financial Services Manager Jenny went above and beyond in securing financing for me. Ensuring even the most minor details was addressed. They are sooooo rude at the Danforth location. Most times they ignore you when you're waiting at the counter and give attitude. Not pleasant. Probably because they know you have to go there so you're at their mercy.

Had a fantastic experience with Toronto Honda! I went in not really knowing what I wanted and came out with a car that's perfect for my kids and I. Price was great, process was easy. Ordered parts for pick-up and didn't get a response to any of my inquiries via their online website. It was only after 7 days did I receive an e-mail for pick, but by that time it was too late. I sent Facebook message asking for a refund.... no response.. I finally reached someone on the phone and cancelled the order but they are going to charge me 20% restocking fee for an item I did not pick up!!! I don't even know if this is legal.

We are very happy with our purchased car from Toronto Honda. To be honest this car couldn't be ours if we couldn't meet Farhan Khan. I highly recommend this person to meet for any kind of help you need to purchase an used car. He is always smiling and ready to help you. He guided us to choose one as per our need and affordability. He explained everything as you are learning something new. What is must mentionable is his connection with clients even after sale that's very rare in this industry specially for used car. That's accrued him a good rapport in our Bengali community as we can trust and recommend him to any one to stop here at least once. We from our family are really thanking him as well as Toronto Honda again to make our dream car true!

I had a pleasure of buying car today from Toronto Honda & to my surprise they not only believe in just satisfying the customer but rather are truly inspired to delight the customer. Kudos to their dedicated employee Wes Karniej who made sure that he does his every bit to satisfy me with queries pertaining to the vehicle i got from them. I called him almost 20 times in three days his compliance was top notch from any standards/ benchmarks. I can assure that my next vehicle is gonna be through you guys too. Annika Wang was amazing! She was super friendly and professional to my mom and I. We received great service and left super happy with our brand new Honda Civic! When we went to go pick up the car, she made the process super easy and smooth, not to mention what an in depth explanation of the perks of our car. Definitely leaving as happy customers and will be returning when our lease is up!
