If this review rating had a negative I would post. Employees are rude and not helpful. Advised I have a builder who has listed them as a recommended supplier. I will be recommending they remove this company as I a supplier as I would not spend a dime in this store.

Being a engineer in Europe, I tried to purchase a low volume Flushing mechanism for a residential toilet tank. This common item they refused to sell me. I landed up going to Wolsley International on the opposite side of the highway, who where able to source me a replacement.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No complains, but it isn't quite as good as the place across the street. This place feels like the little retail arm of a large wholesaler while the place across the street is a bit more... well, geared to the homeowner, I guess. If I were a plumber, I'd go here. As a homeowner, the place across the street is what is recommend.
