I put ~1500 km on my road bike each summer and have been in more than a few bike shops over the years. Recently had a mechanical issue that I just could not fix and fortunately I chose Elemental. I came in from Calgary with my road bike in my van, to do some cycling around Invermere. I had new wheels on my road bike with 50 mm rim depth. I got a flat tire outside of town, only to realize that the tubes I brought with me would fit my new deep rims! I had to limp back into town where I believe it was Rob, at elemental cycle helped me out and he determined that I had a pinch flat. It was likely that the tube I had before was defective as it was too long, it was buckling in the tire. Rob gave me this information and restored my confidence that I’m not going to get another pinch flat, and fixed it up right away for me. He also helped me out recommending some routes around town. Anyway, it was super A+ plus service, from a cool dude in a cool shop. Highly recommended !!

Rob overhauled' my bike from one end to the other and it now works perfectly for the first time! He suggested I replace the stock pedals and handle bar grips to improve my riding experience; what an improvement!I really appreciate the time he took to educate me about the parts of my bike that were malfunctioning.
