Dr. Reza Ataee, is a humble, experienced trustworthy doctor. He cares a lot about his patients, he listens and examines carefully.I find my peace of mind concerning my hearing after visiting the Quantum hearing clinic. I'm very happy with the service I got and trust Dr. Ataee after my visit, I'll go there regularly to check my hearing and I highly recommend him.

When my hearing aid recently stopped working, I turned immediately to Dr. Reza Attae. He saw me promptly, and in his usual friendly and professional manner, made the necessary repairs on the spot at no charge. Always a great experience at Quantum Hearing Clinic, and I recommend their services highly.

Hello...I just wanted to take the time to endorse the excellent service & care @ Quatum Hearing Clinic!And, since these new hearing aids are my 3rd pair pair now (ototoxitity deafness 1/2 & 1/2 each ear) now, & thus, Quantum Hearing Clinic being my 3rd hearing clinic; within about a 9 year span/experince factor - I wish I came here first! I really do... : )Moreover, I really love my new hearing aids - these are definitely the best hearing aids I have had so far! Really impressive as it's like really hearing again for the first time! I contacted Quantum (Dr. Reza Ataee) for replacement hearing aids after having a complete disaster dealing with the Company where I purchased my original hearing aids 4 years ago.Dr. Ataee could not have been kinder, nor more professional in his dealings with me. He was obviously interested in meeting my hearing aid requirements and within my budget. He did not try to upsell me anything. He explained options.When I agreed to having him sell me new hearing aids he placed the order and within a week I had my new hearing aids. One week later he had me back for a follow up appointment. He also told me that he was always available to meet with his clients whenever they felt they needed to discuss their hearing issues.The biggest plus with dealing with Dr. Ataee was his interest in his client and not the money. He actually sold me the new hearing aids at $1400 less than the quote from the first Company that I was dealing with.I highly recommend Dr. Ataee to anyone with hearing issues and wanting to talk with an honest, caring and professional audiologist.

I had a very good experience with Quantum Hearing and Dr. Reza. They offered a very professional and friendly consultation. The testing was quickly done and all my questions very clearly answered. In addition, they offer very good customer service before, during, and between appointments. I want to the Downtown Vancouver office which is very well located.
