Extremely slow service.

Very bad customer service I asked her to put tow stamp in to pictureS she need approved from government I don’t know I take picture of what I do something not legal. Are you a government and she is very bad and route.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks, a coffee mug and a towel from the print services as Christmas gifts. All of these customized with pictures. They took a very long time to come in and finally arrived 2 days before Christmas. I picked them up to find that they had put the wrong pictures on both pair of socks and sent me the wrong colour coffee mug. Additionally the size Small socks that I had ordered were too big for my mens size 10 feet. This sent me scrambling for replacement gifts.I returned to the store after New Years with the incorrect products to talk to someone but nobody was working with experience in that area and I was asked to return later. I went back at a later date where I was then told that it was too late to do anything about it. This was no more than 3 weeks after the Christmas break. I asked to talk to a manager but there was none working that day.I returned home and contacted the print services via email. After back and forth where they asked me to revisit the store, they offered to reproduce the incorrect items. 5-6 weeks after this I checked in on the items to find that they were sitting at the store although nobody contacted me to let me know. I picked things up to find that the size Small socks were still larger than any socks I've seen in a store.So I now have a mug and 4 pairs of socks that are of no use to me. With all of the services out there, I would advise to look elsewhere for your printing needs. I'm not sure that this was the worst shopping experience that I've had, but I can't remember any that match it.
