i had posted a bad review regarding the school because of one person that is no longer at the school. The staff are amazing and my daughter loves her teacher miss sally and Susan. The owner was super friendly and took the time to talk to me about what i wasnt happy about.

Our daughter Charlie absolutely loves to go here. The teachers are all amazing and care so much about each child. Very happy we get to bring her here.

This day care literally lost my child for 30 minutes one day. Had no idea we’re he was, they had no urgency to find him, as me and my husband panicked with our hearts in our stomach.He was bullied by another student and would come home upset after each day. Not only by other students but my son felt the staff would bully him as well. The staff temperament is cunning towards not only parents but children alike.My 7 year old son would come home in tears saying they treated him like a baby and would force feed him when he was not hungry.The owner never responds to emails. Will charge your card auto pay for programs 3 months in advance with no option to opt out. This place is not only an emotionally bad decision it is also financially a horrible day care.

This place is so bad they have to make up there own reviews. They have to hire new staff all the time. Think my daughter had 10 different teachers in less than 6 months. This daycare does not care about their kids or staff.Stay far away from this depressing place

I highly discourage anyone from enrolling in this daycare, but I know there aren't always a lot of options, so just be very wary with the managers which are the main problem.My daughter attended the Fleetwood location for 8mo. until we found a better centre. She was happy and really liked her teachers. Facility was new, clean, lots of lighting, and a nice outdoor spaceIssue is with the Director (Grazyna) and to some extent the local manager. They are awful at answering phone calls or emails. I would have to write the same thing over and over. Took months of chasing them down (ultimately threatening to sue) before we got our deposit back. I asked them to mail my tax receipt to me and they said we'll see if we can" and I never got it. They treat parents so disrespectfully that even if the teachers are good

They just give excuses for their sub par quality. They have been extremely careless towards my nephew who used to go there. Called him autistic without any diagnosis so that they get government benefits. Troubled my sister time to time with threats even after when she followed their given instructions to help" in the growth of the child. This place is a scam. Please think 100 times before you send your kids here. They will traumatize the child and the parents. Beware!"

Very disappointing to deal with them. I had a spot for my daughter confirmed and getting closer to the date, I wanted to make sure this was still confirmed but could never get a call back. Sometimes I would get the phone answered and someone would tell me they will pass the message and they will get back to me but that was never the case.We did the visit and the place looks great. I would have been happy if my daughter could have attended, but after many calls and surprise visit to hope to get an answer, we still couldn't get a confirmation or clear start date. Horrible communication and very frustrating for us that we had to start all over the search for a daycare.

I wish I could give a Big Fat Zero" star here. These people are the worst when it comes to communication. We have been chasing them for almost an year regarding my son's admission but no response at all. I guess they think they are the only one in business which makes them so arrogant that they don't value people calling/emailing them. I am so glad we got our son into another facility who have both teachers and facility manager very approachable and friendly. Although I am still chasing these guys to refund our non refundable fee that they took without any shame. Makes me wonder...why do you even run a business if you don't have time for parent's enquiries."

My friend recommended this company as she had enrolled her child at the Clayton location. We got a tour of the Fleetwood location easily after filling in the online form. The faculty is newer with a nice set up for different age groups. However, I have sent four emails inquiring about enrolling my child and called twice since the tour. Both times an employee picked up and said they will pass the message to their director. I have not heard back or received an email response.If they are full, they could have easily just emailed back and mention they are no longer accepting applications. I had a bad feeling about the this company after the second email and phone call. I ended up finding another facility and enrolled my child there instead. The other facility had staff that actually answered emails, phone calls and did not give me the runaround.Please pay attention to the other reviews. It seems like the lack of communication is an ongoing issue.

Don’t ever risk your child’s emotional intelligence with this place, the manager and the people who run doesn’t care about your child. It’s just a business for them! We have had our fare share of experience with them.
