Everyone is entitled to thier own opinions. But my boyfriend and I went in earlier today right when they opened so he could get me a ring as a gift. There were several trays in all different sizes to look at and try on. I ended up picking out a genuine 925 silver blue sapphire ring with a beautiful design (my boyfriends birthstone) the lady then polished it for us so it was nice and shiny. Then she placed it in a single bowl to give it some good energy. Overall my boyfriend and I had a good experience

Went today with my six year old. The staff member working was incredibly accommodating of my son's many, many questions about the crystals (especially the Pokemon carvings.) We purchased a few items and will be back again I'm sure.

I understand that stores in malls have slightly inflated prices but The Shiny Company's prices are outrageous. $50 for a deck of Tarot cards that should cost $20. Singing bowls I could get double the size for the same price and quality elsewhere. I love that there's a crystal store in the mall but I can't justify buying anything from here.

I’ve been shopping there for two years and I’ve spent over $500, me and my friend was shopping there today and the owner/manager kicked us out of the store because we’ve been “looking to long” and he can’t “keep an eye on us anymore”. He was also being extremely passive aggressive and talking to another costumer about how they have these new cameras and “facial recognition” and as they were talking he was giving us this stare as if he were talking about us. We’ve never had a problem with the other person that works there and they always give us assistance. You’ve lost a loyal costumer, and hundreds of dollars that could have been spent.

Had a great experience with Maria and Taylor! I brought my 11 year old son into the store. He had a lot of questions and Maria acknowledged and answered each question to the best of her own knowledge. She really took the time to make sur my son had a good experience and treated him like a customer and not just a kid. Taylor helped us with the singing bowl and also answered questions pertaining to it. She really knew her stuff and as well, treated my son like every other customer. Well done ladies!

Used to love going here but I will no longer returning. I was told my beliefs were wrong and were asked if I got it from tiktok. The cashier who was a young blond girl also would not shop staring at me. I'm not a criminal and yet I was treated as such. I thought this place was a spiritual safe space but I guess I was wrong. The other cashier who is covered in crystals and rings should be running cash she at least knows what she is talking about and she is actually nice to her customers

I went into this store over the Christmas rush and could not have been happier with my service. A wonderful young lady by the name of Christine helped me through my needs even as I was very clueless as to what I was purchasing as I was buying a Christmas gift for my niece. I hardly know anything about crystals but Christine walked me through everything I needed to know, and was genuinely quite kind and caring towards me as I picked out what I thought my niece would like best.I would absolutely recommend this place to others who are in need of gifts for crystal lovers such as I was, or if you are in the know the people who work here are quite knowledgeable on anything you would need to know. Thanks for saving the day!

Would not recommend, find somewhere else to buy your crystals. Visited for a second time with my family, but there was an uncomfortable micromanaging and focus on the products we were picking up, they even asked to hold on to it, the crystals were so small, that didn't even make sense. I was looking through the jewelry and it was kept far away from me. At the same time i was looking another customer came up to look at the same tray, and the gentle man place it right in front of them and allowed them to go through it. Also one my family member got charged more than what the actual product cost.The vibe wasn't right in that store lol

I’ve always enjoyed going here, and purchased a sound bowl at the shop. I was able to play a bunch of them until I found the right fit, which I appreciated.Unfortunately, when I went in recently, I noticed they’re selling a whole bunch of counterfeit tarot decks. They’re not from the original artists or publishers but are instead Chinese knock offs. It’s a huge problem lately in the tarot community, and I’m disappointed that they didn’t do more research into stocking authentic products.

I love this place! Staff is amazing, I really like the lady with all the jewelry! Such a friendly, free spirited soul. She really knows what shes talking about and will go into detail of what things are and where they are from. Prices are good to reasonable. Excellent place, products and staff!
