They neutered my friends 3 month old dog without consent who was in for an entirely different medical procedure (tail amputation). This clinic needs to be shut down for what they did as that is beyond unacceptable.

2 great experiences in less than 24 hours! My cat was booked in for a spay and the night before my dog ate a lot of garlic and I was really worried about her reacting to it! I had never been there before but had their number in my phone from booking the spay (moved over because we had a really bad experience with another vet in the city). I gave them a call and let them know what had happened and asked what I should do. They took me through what to do and I stopped by to grab what I needed and my dog was all good in the end. The next morning brought my cat in to be spayed and she is doing great as well! They didn't charge us for a bunch of extras or try and up-sell us on a bunch of things that aren't really needed (which is one of the bad experiences I was having at another vet in the city) and the staff were all really friendly! It was also a really laidback atmosphere. There was urgency the night when my dog ate the garlic but I didn't feel rushed when we were going through all the information after the spay of my cat. My boyfriend and I left feeling excited to have a vet that we like for a change!

Great experience start to finish. The staff were helpful, informative and took very good care of Squeaks my cat. Recommend to anyone in the area.

The gentleman that runs this clinic is not half bad. Although we had a terrible experience with our cat, I would not be returning. We took him in 3 times in a rush, but the care seemed to be lacking.The only real compassion I felt was when they sent us a sympathy card for our cat that passed away.

I love there service and care,they treated me with honesty and the doctor takes the time to make sure I understand exactly what he's doing and what needs to be done. The only negative issue I had was the pricing,and there again I was explained of the reasoning why,basically you get what you pay for and from my experience with other veterans, it's the truth!

Very good dr took a cat to see him to have an infected tooth pulled we travelled 6 and a half hours to see him , his attitude towards the problem was beyond words worried as we were he was very calming and told us we had nothing to worry about and that they will make room to see shaemus the next morning when we got there and dropped our beloved Persian off we knew he was in the best hands possible , when we went to pick him up after his surgery he have us the front tooth to keep! So very cool of him I recommend this great veterinarian to all!

Got finessed for $1200 here, total waste and did not solve my dogs dry skin issue. A bunch of unnecessary tests and expensive and useless steroid cream. Buyer beware. Where is the regulator???

I showed up to my appointment with my dog. Who I think has a few issues, possibly allergies, and they wouldn’t allow me in with him. They only speak with you on the phone. I’m not comfortable just sending my dog away with anyone.Almost is allowing owners in with their dogs. I feel like I should have been made aware of this by the staff, when I made the appointment. Super disappointed in this service.
