Executive Suites

A little unconventionally laid out but I got a free upgrade to a suite with a kitchen and two bedrooms. I was able to order delivery from local restaurants and enjoy my stay in Chapleau in comfort.

Great host! Gives great value. Very clean and well taken care of. Great units are more like a small apartment rather than typical motel room. Enjoyed our stay!

We booked 3 rooms and everything was excellent! This place is more like an apartment than a motel. Extremely clean. Owner was great.

Great place to stay in Chapleau. We loved it. Felt like we had our own little appartment away from home.The beds were in separate rooms. A kitchen and livingroom are provided. Everything we needed was there. They have the basic kitchen stuff (plates, utensils, pots and pans etc.) We were very lucky to have a place like that. It was very quiet and right at the entrance of the town. Very clean and there was an air conditioning unit as well as heating for our comfort.We very much enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place.

Great little spot. We lost our reservation at another hotel and found this little gem. Yes, it’s an older place but clean and tidy. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and staff who went out of their way for two tired travellers who put over 1300 km on the road only to find we had no place to stay. We ordered dinner which they delivered right to our door, piping hot and home made!

I don’t know where ya’ll stayed but my place was not the cleanest and definitely not well kept. And it was actually recommended. Food under the radiator downstairs, bathroom was ok but missed the shelf above the sink. There is air conditioner my downstairs, upstairs gets hot but has fans. Radiator falling off the wall with mould growing behind it wide open to disperse its spores.After I was confused by what I walked into, I went on Airbnb and found the newer updated units for $100 more. The pictures on the website when googled shows the newer units with those comments. VERY deceiving.Again, I walked into a very run down, carpet stained, looked like someone had tried real hard to break into the unit that was pretty humid ( I was there early season) and musty smelling upstairs. Allergies were not fun.The staff were all very nice and the food was pretty good!

Customer service is exceptional. Anything you need, just ask and it will appear! Rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect for extended stay or family because of apartment style, which includes 2 bedrooms and bath on top floor while living space is on main floor. You will not find a luxury resort in Chapleau but, in terms of service/cleanliness/comfort, I recommend this place.

This place was excellent!! I adored the two separate bedrooms. Plus it was nice and clean and had plenty of towels and bathing supplies. It was all around a very pleasing experience at the Executive Suites. I would recommend staying there to anyone!

The staff were ready, willing and did EVERYTHING they could have to make your stay a memorable experience. I was on my way to Timmins. My journey started November 10. From Toronto to Saskatoon. Now I'm going back to Toronto. I'm so impressed with the whole process. I will definitely stay here again. I will bring my mom for sure. Im anxious to get breakfast in the morning.
