I called here to ask how many hotcakes they have, the manager told me to wait so she can go find out and she hung up on me. It’s Friday night and my friends and I were going to have a hot cake party. I’m very disappointed:(

Downloaded their app and sent customer service an email asking how to unsubscribe from the thousands of emails every day for food I will never eat. Instead of replying to the email, they just deleted my account completely. Didn't let me know they were doing it either, just all of a sudden my account didn't exist and points I had were all wiped out. Won't be downloading the app again if it means a bunch of emails I don't want and that's extremely poor customer service" in my opinion. If I could rate 0 stars I would have"

Vegetarians not have enough options but other than that, you can have delights served at your table. The bience is good and it's enjoyable for kids, adults and seniors all the same.

This is the best McDonald's, we tell everyone lol. Our meals are always HOT, prepared promptly and service is consistent and friendly. We refuse to indulge at any other fast food chain in town because we know this location will never disappoint. Wish we'd caught the names of a few employees as they deserve recognition for their warm spirits, you make our day. Thank you!

Typical fast food. Fries are always either cold or as hot as the sun. Drive-through always tells you to pull over and they eventually bring the food to your car. Pleasant service.

So this is the third time in the past fee months that my orders have been so messed up. I could not understand the girl at the drive through, it's unfortunate but the accent was too thick. I got my order and it wasn't placed properly so I had to go inside and it still ain't placed properly because the guy at the till had minimal communication in English. Not a pleasant experience to start the day. Highly would not recommend.

Old lady does not like kids. Will not go here again due to her ignorance towards my son. 3 year olds get excited when they come here and she continues to have ignorant remarks towards children. Not the first time I have seen this.

The service was good i ordered mc crispy with fries and a drink. Overall experience was good for food. But the thing i disliked is that the behaviour of manager named Nancy was not good to the employees while i was there taking the order. She was yelling at them (i don’t know the reason ) but the behaviour was very rude.
