Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. The food was consistent with the other Subways that I have visited across Canada. Awesome food, awesome staff, awesome restaurant.

I just had a great experience at the Subway in Coldbrook. I walked in and had to wait in line for about 15-20 minutes, but as I grew closer to the front I realized how short staffed it was. The 3 women behind the counter were not just going through the motions until their shift was over. They were working very hard and quickly doing their best to keep up while apologizing the whole time to every customer about their wait. This is the kind of work ethic that deserves praise. This is the kind of work ethic that will see these individuals get promoted or re-hired elsewhere because they cared about what they were doing today!

The staff at this particular Subway were very quick, friendly and placed an adequate amount of fixings on my sub and salad. I have been to a number of Subway restaurants over the years, and this one has the most consistency and good experiences. I never have any problems or complaints when I visit this location.

The food would be the best aspect of thus establishment if you're fortunate enough to have it prepared by one of the friendly staff who take pride in their work.If not, then you'll have experienced the one lady who clearly dislikes her job and struggles to provide pleasant customer service. For this reason, I sadly will not return to this locale. Customer service (with a smile and interaction) really does make or break a business.

Staff was very friendly, quick service, tasted great. Did see some flies buzzing around, but it’s summer so somewhat unavoidable. I do recommend regardless !

Picked up my order for takeout, When I was almost home I realized that I was missing a bunch of stuff so I went back. After picking up the stuff they forgot I went home and found out that they gave me the completely wrong sub. I went back for the third time and they made my original order for me. I never got as much as an apology let alone anything as compensation.

Absolutely terrible customer service from man at drive through, argued with me both at ordering and at window then gave a lot of attitude and raised his voice at my at window as well. Next time I’ll just drive the extra distance and go to New Minas Subway.
